I was so happy with the kind service here. Great tasting everything too.
Tried to order the same thing as the day before and this us what I got. It didn't taste the same I got attitude during asking... for the 8 pumps of vanilla and Carmel. As u can see they didn't give what I asked for. I called and complain and immediately gottold by Jay the manager that they keep remaking this drink and they aren't going to remake it after this one. I never have askedfor this drink to be remade because yesterday was the first time ordering this from this location as well as trying it. Even ifI have came before to have a drink made its because it wasn't made right! If I'm spending my money on coffee that is expensive Iexpect it to taste how I asked it to be made and if not I will call to be complaining! Who like to drink coffee that doesn'ttaste good? So I tried there new size which is a trendy I believe may of spell it wrong, but any ways to get more drink an didnt get a... full cup pp????an I ask for them to stir my coffee with extra creamer not done ! ! I'm very disappointed in this location! They are the only Starbucks in the area that alter their hours almost every few months!... Now they are only open 6:30 to 2pm? Do you guys know people work earlier than 7? On top of that turning down customers from theneighborhood that walk to get coffee because their lobby is closed. I mean I work at walmart so I understand short staff, butgas is expensive so you are not doing your community justice. Where is the manager at and why arnt you doing your job to hiremore people. Used to be full service and recently became drive thru only I guess ???????????. Their order ahead service is always turned off... no matter what time of day? even during slow hours when there?s no one there. Very frustrating that I can?t walk down and get acoffee like I used to. If I?m going to have to drive there, I?m going to keep driving and go someplace better. Sorry Starbucks. Read more
Avoid this location. Their doors are locked and are only open drive-thru orders but the line gets backed up into a super busy... blvd. I had walked several blocks to this location not knowing the inside was closed. I tried ordering outside but they refusedto serve me, they wanted me to walk several blocks to get my car, drive all the way back, and sit in leetsdale drive blockingtraffic while waiting for the car line to move because that?s ?safer?. The staff is nice enough, but they always push decaf Americano when asked for Pike Decaf. 2. The restrooms are always closed... for the customers. Coffee is a diuretic, laxative stimulant. You basically cause diarrhea and lock the doors on people, thenembarrass them in front of other customer for running to the bathroom. I won't be back. Read more
