Tried Starbucks again. Haven't been there since their employees participated in their police-hate activities. Not surprising,... they had bad attitudes and were nothing short of rude. Today wasn't that great to start. But coming to this Starbucks gave me a sense of vigor to continue on with my day. The... barista's were very friendly, attentive , and honestly made me feel special! I see a lot of reviews talking about the badattitudes, so let me just say that customer service is HARD. I don't expect the people who serve me to be happy-go-lucky 24/7! Iknow I wasn't when I was a barista, people have bad days, let it go. Nothing I love more than drinking bitter coffee followed by violently sweet coffee. I ask for my drinks stirred everytime and I... consistently get a layer of syrup at the bottom. And now with the straw-less lids I make myself suffer through an overpriceddrink. I like the straw-less lid, it's a great initiative. The barista took my order swiftly and even asked if I wanted a pump of flavored syrup in my coffee. Be still my beating heart!... During the short wait for my food, any staff I happen to make eye contact with offered up a smile, which I swear made me thinkthey were pumping hallucinating drugs out through the air system! Only annoyance is that the Drive Thru sign is not placed correctly. You pull in, where that sign is, and its Exit Only. So I... had to go around two blocks, to return to the actual drive thru entrance that is located in the business next door parking lot:wahoos. Read more
They're always quite friendly. My drinks have always been correct.
