Came in an ordered the most basic coffee drink... and while waiting I noticed that the people that came in after me all got their drinks. Very rude customer service this blonde girl just scream (WE WILL CHARGE YOU NEXT TIME) for asking her for some half and a half... for my husband dark coffee even though we spend 15 dollars buying two coffee and a pop cake for my toddler and I also left them20% tip. Read more
As it seems with most Starbucks these days, the folks here are less than satisfactory. Truly a bunch of undesirable attitudes,... terrible work ethic, and zero care for the customer. Lazy and entitled sum it up perfectly. We get it. You work at Starbucksand you?re barely Making it. You?re miserable. Try not to make the rest of us share in your misery. Don?t be sorry, be better. personally never had such a passive aggressive attitude thrown at me from any shop before. I like to treat employees well but... they seemed incredibly mad to be asked to do a small task like check if my coupon would apply. Read more
This is one of the best Starbucks. I went with my granddaughter, even I made a mistake ordering they were very kind to me, when... I wanted to pay for the extra Frappuccino, they said it was free. This young workers give good service and keep the place nice. Read more
