Lobby was closed today and the line for the window was wrapped around the building. The sign on the door said they were short of... employees. Hey Starbucks, how about giving your employees a more enticing wage? Read more

This is a Starbucks locations that I can't say enough good things about! Everyone is friendly, but also focused on their job,... so drinks come out quickly, made correctly, by people who clearly care about their job and the people they're serving! I've beenhere *many* times, and have always experienced (and witnessed) great customer service. I didn't want to be creepy and stare atpeople's name tags, but the woman who (I think) manages this place, is amazing. I wish she would manage MORE locations...Because she clearly knows what she's doing. Read more

On 3 Sept @ ~1445ish, I came in here and order a coffee and a snack. Ended up spilling my drink all over the floor, manager... didn't skip a beat with a new drink and told me not worry about it. Black gentlemen w/ a beard, red shirt and black appron. Awesome guy and very professional, sorry I didn't catch his name. I was too embarrased and in a rush to get out of there. I asked for hot coffee, I received hot coffee, as expected. Nice staff working really early to serve you an abundance of... caffeine and sugar to your liking. Read more

Visited here in May, and then in July 2022. Each time the same thing happened... Towards 8 - 9 AM they get too busy with orders,... so they start locking the outside doors -- trying to keep walk-in customers away, while continuing servicing mobile and drivethru orders . A few minutes after they start locking doors, they ask people sitting at the tables inside to ... LEAVE. Theydon't put any signs on the door explaining why the doors are locked, so people gather outside pulling on door handles trying tofigure what the heck's going on. The manager claims they are understaffed. They clearly value mobile and drive-thru orders overwalk-in customers. This is is the worst Starbucks in the United States. Read more

Great Starbucks. Servers were cool and diverse and respected everyone. Made me a dark roast fresh and fantastic oatmeal. Best... management in their retail business. This Starbucks is great and a quick safe walk from the hotels. Absolutely great people anda star store Read more

The baristas were friendly. This store had a pretty good inventory of merchandise but the tables/seating areas were not cleaned.... While we were at this location there was only one other couple so it was not crowded at all. During slow periods it would benice to seen the staff cleaning a little instead of chatting. In the end though I would come here again if I was in the area. Read more

I only ever go to this Starbucks as a last resort due to the green valley ranch location being especially busy most times, and... this one being just a bit closer. Every time I?ve gone to this location it never fails that they get my drink wrong. I?m notsomeone who orders a complicated drink, I order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and only add cold foam on top. I?m notsure why it?s so hard for them to ever add cold foam to my drinks. They input it on my order, it?s on my cup, but not in mydrink. It?s not the biggest deal until it happens literally every single time I go to this location, and all I order is onething. The drink is a shaken drink so when they initially hand it to me, it looks like there might be foam on top and then itsettles and there isn?t. On top of it all, only at this location when I order this drink it tastes like they put some sort ofcoconut in it or something, and it just doesn?t taste good. I guess I just need to learn my lesson and stick out the line at thegreen valley ranch location. Because they have wonderful staff and service, and never have gotten my order wrong.
