Took my son to Starbucks this morning! And MK was making our drinks we had a big order and she was amazing! A gentleman did come... up to her in the mean time and was very rude to her but I just wanted to say she kept her composure and was very kind to himeven though he was rude to her! She handle it so well!!! We will be coming back to this location all of our drinks were madegreat and all of the ladies were amazing keep up the great work!!! Read more
Staff is friendly however, if you came to get some work done this is the worst Starbucks to do that. The music was on level 99... so even the people on my phone calls asked if I was at a party. Then around 12-2 it?s swamped with middle schoolers screaming,no joke, at least 50-100 inside. Best thing, came out to three giant deep scratches in my car. Read more
Had an early flight and this was the only Starbucks open at 4:30AM. Their machine was getting cleaned so I had to get an... alternate drink?pulled up to the window and they said it was on the house. Free coffee definitely started my day off right.Thank you, appreciate it!! Read more
Made a mobile order for a cream cheese danish. Went in and didn?t see it on the station. I saw a few bags of pastries on another... counter but thought it couldn?t be mine because they always put the mobile orders on the same counter. Saw they got kind of busyso waited a little bit longer. Told them I was just waiting for a danish and they said ?she?s probably making it?. Ended upgoing to cashier and wanted to cancel my order. He grabbed the bag that was on a different counter that I saw 20min ago. Verydisappointing. Read more
This is my second time coming to this Starbucks. The last chai tea latte that I got was not made well but this one was great.... I'm not sure if it's because I bought the smallest one but I'm hoping not. The customer service was to level from the young ladyat the window and made me want to continue to frequent this store. I hate giving a 3 star review but this is the 4th time that I have to go back to this location to get my order corrected. During... the cold weather my brother wanted a coffee. He takes his weekly allowance and buys the family drinks. When he gets home (welive right in front of the Starbucks) we open our cups and the white hot chocolate is a little bit more than half full. Hiscaramel latte had a lot of foam. The white chocolate tasted like warm milk but nothing else. We return to the Starbucks andwhen I spoke to the cashier he said he didn't know who made the drink but that he would correct it. I'm fine with correcting it.But why does this have to be done most of the time? It's a waste of my time to have to keep returning so that my orders arecorrected. I like to give a place the benefit of the doubt before reviewing a 3 star or below. This has now been the 4th timewhere my order I receive comes with almost an empty cup. I do not go to Starbucks to get a cup, I go for the coffee. Thebaristas have to be trained to fill up a cup, customers aren't paying 4 dollars to 6 dollars for an empty cup. Granted I havehad super nice cashiers in the drive thru and one even said a joke to us while we waited. It was a great treat and it made ourday. Read more
Came in for the first time today, Aalya (Uhh-liyah) took my order and was very pleasant and friendly. I was acknowledged right... away and she took the time to go over the Holiday drink menu with me. Vantel made my drink and it was perfect! He was alsoreally friendly! Environment was calm and quiet. I will definitely be back. Read more
