Walked in and the employees acted as though I wasn't even there. I stood at the front counter for like 10 minutes before being... acknowledge. A different customer walked in and cut me in line and was serviced before I was. I asked the employee who claimedhis name was Daniel (curly haired, light skin black kid) why and he claimed the order wasn't on the screen as he proceeded towalk off. It's literally just Taco Bell. But that's how I've always felt. 4th star goes to the associate who offered us her table (she... knew it was the best one inside), even though there were at least 10 other clean tables. One of the better Taco Bells in the area. Their fiesta potatoes were actually both edible and good tasting. Usually they are... rock hard potato shaped chunks. Been a few times, no problems, staff seems great. Read more
I would give it no stars to be honest. I went to taco bell because I haven't had it in a while having a bad day this morning at... 9:15 am and ask for the breakfast wrap combo with cinnamon delight coffee. I was nice to so I don't understand why the employeedid this but she/he left boogers in my coffee and I literally throw up everything. That is really immature and messed up. I love the food at low prices but I absolutely hate the service. I came for a pickup DoorDash and for some reason, they could... not find it. Visited this Taco Bell because it is close to home. I ordered two tacos and burritos cravings boxes with soft tacos instead of... hard tacos. He repeated the order to us and gave us a total. When we got to the window the guy didn?t know my order. I remindedhim that I ordered the two tacos and burritos cravings boxes. He thought we were there for a pickup order. We got our food andwhen we got home it was all hard tacos and no soft tacos. To boot, there was no receipt. Boo! That really bites because it wouldprobably cost me more than an hour of time to return them and get home to enjoy them. No one answered the phone when I called.I?m feeling invisible and helpless.
