I was not going to say anything but I am. The food is hot and it never disappoints, no matter where you at from my experience.... Maybe I just enjoy interacting whit other humans of this planet. I just feel a bit disheartening at the fact customer servicehas taken a back seat with the minimal effort to say hello to a new customer. Walking up to the registers and looking at youmakes it feel like you are disturbing there work, like you are nuisance. I watched 4-5 customers walk in and it was the sameevery time. We used to love this Taco Bell but it has really gone downhill. Stopped in at 2:30 on a Tuesday for lunch. Happily eating my... slightly stale chalupa when one of the workers came out of the kitchen to sit in the dining room. Lost my appetite because thisguy immediately started to pick his nose. Doesn?t treat employees well nor allow them the tools to succeed, including management (before you all go punishing current... employees this is a conclusion from a long time coming here including chatting with past employees). I would have kept cominganyway; they have a decent breakfast burrito on my way to work. But now they have staffing shortages and aren?t open half thetime, and no way to know ahead of time. Took 3 minutes for the lady in the drive thru to take our order. Took 10-15 minutes to get our order. We got 2 combos both of... which were supposed to come with a taco and we only got 1 taco. I can understand if they were busy but it wasn't busy. Best partis always the Baja blast ??????? Read more

This Taco Bell sucks, workers are constantly too high to understand anything. Terrible customer service went in got my order... wrong then tried to come back to get it remade just to get my bag of food handed back to me with the lady saying nothing waswrong. The lady also had no gloves on opened up my food and gave it back. My boyfriend and I were very respectful and weretreated terribly. Read more

I had the worst experience tonight. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Never go to this Taco Bell. You... couldn?t pay me enough to ever come back here. I placed an order for lobby pick up. When I arrived there was construction atthe main door. I went around to the other entrance. And it was locked. I went back to my car and tried calling the store. No oneanswered. I tried a couple times and no one ever picked up. I went to go into the drive through. After 10 minutes waiting, I gota text saying my order was ready. I left the line in hopes that I would be able to easily grab it. I knocked on the main door.And they then let me in the side door. The employees all yelled at me saying the lobby was closed. I explained that I placed itfor lobby pick up and that I tried calling but no one answered. I also said there was no sign on the door. They said there was asign saying the lobby is closed- but it was in the very top corner that you couldn?t see past the construction tape. If thelobby is closed there should not be the option to pick up at the counter. The sign saying the lobby was closed needs to be in amore accessible place. They eventually gave me my food and said I should have waited in the drive through. And that I?m not theonly person needing to be helped and that I?m not special for having an order. After multiple employees yelling at me-resulting in me crying. 1 employee apologized- the rest gave me dirty looks the entire time. After bringing my food home (5minute drive) I discovered that every item was cold and made wrong. The soda was low on syrup so it was undrinkable. I've never written a review before but this deserved it. Worst fast food experience I've ever had (and maybe the worst food... experience I've ever had). We ordered online at around 6:10 PM and arrived at 6:25 PM after receiving an email that my order wasready. We arrived to find the door locked and employees ignoring us. Eventually the guy cleaning the window let us in. Our orderwas not ready and one of the employees said they did not have the type of drink I ordered. I asked for a refund since it addedcost to one of the combo meals. I was told they could not but I could replace it with a soda, a drink that cost $1.00 less. Theemployee also yelled at the window cleaner to not let anyone else in. As soon as we left with our order he put a sign up sayingthe lobby was closed. The employees were overall standoffish. We got home and discovered 2 of our items (the most expensiveones) were not there. I tried calling three times but none of the employees answered the phone. We then discovered nearly everyitem we had ordered was incorrect. We ordered black bean items and they replaced all of them with refried beans. One of theblack bean items (which was supposed to have a crispy taco) was soggy, filled with beef, and crushed. Everything was cold orlukewarm. I don't know if this location is better in the morning or afternoon, but DO NOT GO HERE at night. Reading the otherreviews, this type of thing is not uncommon at night. Read more
