Worst service by any taco bell I've ever been to. On two separate occasions I was cursed by their cooks because my order was... made incorrectly and I asked for it to be remade. I expect my order to be correct when I'm spending my money. My family and Iwill no longer be giving this place our service, customer care is not a priority. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more

First off, I do not eat Taco Bell. Ever. I went in needing the bathroom desperately and asked if I could use it if I purchased... something. The nice young lady confirmed them stepped aside for the manager to ring me up. I asked if they had hot coffee. Sheconfirmed then rang up my order. I thought $2.47 was pricey but all I could think about was getting to the bathroom. Sheproceeded to help 2 more customers before walking me to the door & entering the code. Not sure why she couldn't divulge the infovocally but oh well, I was finally in! To my dismay the toilet was going to need a belt sander to get the filth & grime off &there wasn't nearly enough toilet paper to cover the seat AND clean my ahem, derriere. To top off this wonderful visit to, whatmy family for years has lovingly (not), referred to as 'Toxic Hell', I come out to no coffee on the counter and the managerwalking away to finish a phone call she's been on the entire time. A call so important she's telling every drive-thru customerthey have to come in to order. I finally announce my coffee deficiency to receive a 'Something-Spice Iced' not hot coffee! Read more

Had to be the worst Taco Bell I have been to. They lied about not being able to accept cards and said they could only take cash.... I know that because when we got to the window one of the employees was cussing and complaining about working and another persontold them to lie about the card reader was not working to people coming through the drive-through. No one wanted to be there, they weren't even able to give proper change back. On top of that after we got the receipt for our food and were waiting for itthey asked for the receipt back because they didn't know what we ordered. Would recommend never going there. Read more

Employees here should learn that it's not the Doordasher's responsibility to fill the beverage. Preparing the food is your job.... I will be declining all future orders I get from this store. Update: I just spoke to the manager, and she was veryuncooperative and disrespectful. I will be talking to corporate. Remember, if they ask you to do their jobs for them and fillthe customer's drink, you can always cancel in the dasher app. By the way, having you fill the drink does not reduce the spreadof COVID. That's a lie. Read more

Drive thru lady was on drugs. Asked for no lettuce, had lettuce. Asked to correct it, acted like it was my fault. Said they... would fix it, gave me same box of wrong tacos. Never got my drink. Almost all the $30+ of food went to waste. Did i mention thedrive thru lady was on drugs? Worst taco bell ever.... Wish i had 2 more hands to give this taco bell 4 thumbs down!! Read more

I imagine due to wage hikes, Taco Bell no longer has the $5.00 box combos, Nope more like $8.50. The service team here tend to... be adults over 30. Always do a good job of getting your order right. Lobby is usually well maintained. Read more

Not even a tablespoon of ?meat? in my Crunchwrap. All of the soft tacos we ordered had cheese even though we ordered two... without. It can?t be that hard to ?work? here. There were 5 employees just standing around. Couldn?t get the rest of our orderbecause they said it?s a 15 item limit. Stay away from this Taco Bell. Read more
