This has to be the worst Taco Bell in all of Denver honestly. Every time I go here it?s a new story about something. Today at... 8:05 pm they said ?they are closed for 15mins.? Meanwhile all the employees are outside sitting on their phone/smoking. Iusually don?t write reviews about fast food restaurants because it?s expected to have less the average service. But thisparticular place has bottom of the barrel service. Everyone in the management team here needs to be fired????. Don?t waste yourgas and time going here, you will be disappointed. Read more

I am torn how to rate this place. I would rate the young man that was working that night 5 Stars 6 stars if I could. His name... was Ari . I was in the drive up approximately 35 minutes there were cars out the parking lot and backed up on 38th street(in theslow lane, Accident waiting to happen) Anyhow when it was my turn a young man came over the speaker and said I am here bymyself I will take your order 1 car 1 order. He was a very apologetic and very polite, he did not accept tips from any of thecustomers that were offering them to him . I asked " are you the manager?" he said " no I'm not even a shift lead on the bottomof the totem Pole." I said "well why are you opened I would close the store." He said "well they need to make a profit." Idon't know the circumstances around in which this young man was by himself on a Saturday night but I do know, that a manager (who usually is salary) or a shift lead, should have been there and if they can't be bothered to go into work when it's theirstore and they get paid to do so Then you shouldn't make your employee go in. The manager of this store put this employee ina very unsafe environment 1st of all he was alone at a store handling money and by himself I'm sure there is a policy that youare not supposed to have one person on shift at night. And if there isn't there needs to be. 2nd people were mad people Andweren't aware of the situation that was happening. It is not the best in neighborhood and people were upset. how dare you putone of your employees in that kind of situation. Placed an order online to save time but when we pulled up to the place, the line was pouring out onto 38th and they were taking... about 15min per person. We waited for an hour and were still on 38th and just barely close to the entrance of the place. Wasable to peak inside and saw at least 3 people working, not sure why they were going so slow. The front door was locked so we hadto wait, but by the time we were close to ordering, they closed for the night so we were forced to cancel our order. Neveragain. Read more
Corporate needs to intervene here!!!! This is legitimately pathetic and off brand! This is absolutely unacceptable!! This... location might as well be run by 2nd graders. They are constantly out of ingredients, the fryer is broken for who knows howlong. The two staff currently working are so slow that it?s taken 15 minutes to make 2 orders less than 5 items. This taco bell is the worst. Every time I come, somehow they take like 10 minutes per person at the drive thru window, and the... drive thru/parking lot setup is awful. People always cut in front of me in line because there are two entrances to the drivethru. The lady who works there has been rude several times, and whenever I order for pickup it's not ready when I get there andI have to bounce betweent the drive thru and parking/walking to the pickup window no matter how I order it to be picked up. I'vecome on my hour long lunch break and been late getting back to work twice...going through a FAST FOOD place. Food is hit ormiss, sometimes not wrapped well or with big enough portions. I'll stick to the one on Federal even though this one is closer tomy house. Read more
Worst location and experience of my life. Management is incompetent and constantly smoking out back. Corporate never answers.... Just wait to get hung up on. Edit: Just watched someone shooting up outside the back door while, the "manager" was outsidesmoking again. Pics for reference. Read more
