Let me start by saying we have been loyal customers of your restaurant for at least 10 years. It has always been a meeting spot... for family and friends traveling from Parker, Lafayette, and the downtown area. This morning, Sunday September 17 at 11:20 am myhusband and I arrived to meet 4 others for lunch at 11:30 and to get a to go order to take to my sons place of work. Upon our11:20 arrival we said there would be a party of 6. We were told that we would have to wait till our entire party arrived to beseated The restaurant was EMPTY. There was only one table of 4 that was occupied in the restaurant at that time. My husbandand I wanted to have a drink and few minutes to ourselves prior to others arriving. Seeing an EMPTY restaurant we didn?t thinkthis was an unreasonable request. So we said we would take a table for 2 and move when the others arrived. We were informed bythe very rude waitress after ordering a drink and appetizers that we ?would not be allowed to move? once the others arrived. That we were ?disrespectful? expecting them to clean an extra table. When the other 4 members of our party showed up exactly 10minutes after we had been seated we took our business down the road. Along with the meals and drinks the 6 of us we wereplanning on spending We also took a $400 to go order to an establishment that didn?t refer to us a disrespectful. I understandthe policy if the restaurant was full. But to treat customers with such disrespect in an EMPTY restaurant ultimately cost yourestablishment approximately $650 as well as the 20% minimum tip we always leave. I hope you take this opportunity to train yourstaff. Know better. Do better. We have always enjoyed the food and the service at this establishment, but when there areplenty of other options to chose from? We will take out $650 where we are not treated with so much disrespect. I hope you willreview the cameras to verify this incident and identify the incredibly rude waitress that ult Read more

I usually eat at the 104th and the tamales are really good. Decide, I would try this location because it's close to my job. Bad... decision. I ordered what I thought were mild pork tamales that were dry and not mild but hot. The Chile cheese fries had notaste. The Mexican egg roll had dry-out beef. I went back with the 10 tamales due to the order being incorrect. The workerproceeds to tell that two tamales out of the paper were not refundable. Well first of all the order is wrong. I told her wellyou can?t sell any of them anyway, so why not refund all ten. I will never place foot back at this location. Read more

Somebody was spraying something all over the table and chairs right next to where we were eating. Not sure if it was sanitizer... or some sort of pesticide. It was coming out of a motorized pump. Whatever it was I'm sure could have waited until we werefinished. kind of killed it for me. The waitress was nice and the food was good. Oh and no toilet paper in the restroom. Had touse paper towels. Lol ???? Read more

We have been here in the past but it's been a long time. We usually come for the tamales by the dozen. Hopefully those haven't... changed like everything else.. the service was incredibly slow. The waitress was on her phone the whole time and had zeropersonality, not really friendly at all. We ordered our tamales to go when we put in the food order but they were forgotten. Wewaited for nearly 45 min for the mediocre to not good food to get to the table and it was cold. The beef tacos were terrible, the rice has zero flavor. The restaurant was decently clean but the flies were horrible. Read more

Guac looked like it was made yesterday. Had that brown surface layer and they mixed it together to re-serve it. Burrito was... bomb though. Read more

My bill for one person was nearly $18 for lunch. That's fine but for the price I could eat anywhere. Somewhere with comfortable... seats and a pleasant atmosphere. I asked if they served chips and salsa with the meal. The waitress said yes but you have toask for them as she handed me my meal. The best part about a Mexican restaurant is snacking on chips while you wait for youmeal. I had to go to the counter to get a drink refill and napkins. The food looked great but lacked flavor. I won't go thereany more. For the price I can eat anywhere. Read more

A traditional lunch with traditional Mexican-American dishes. Enchiladas smothered in melted cheese and red sauce, a crispy... chile relleno, traditional tacos in the hard shell, rice with kernels of corn and other interesting bits and pieces, thickrefried beans, corn chips and red salsa. There was one item with a difference - Mexican egg rolls! They were quite good, crunchyand also chewy, served with a small side of tasty green chile. I would like to go back soon just to try them again. On a Sundayafternoon, the place was moderately busy, but the two young women working the dining room were attentive and cheerful. Read more
