Wow! This bar surpassed my expectations. I am a guest at the Crawford hotel. With my stay I get a free beer during happy hour... each day I stay. I don?t typically drink beer but they had a cider as an option that was PHENOMENAL. The taste and light weightfeel to the drink was so good I highly recommend anyone try it that?s not into beer but wants to try something on tap. The staffwas very busy and they forgot to put in our food order. So we waited a very long time for the waiter to come back over andapologize for not getting our food sooner. So he comped the meal and drinks. Over all everything was really good and the vibe isnice for a quick little date or romantic evening. Read more
I was here several times while visiting Denver. Ate inside the bar with the hubby and again by myself. Enjoyed tacos and... sangria. Delicious! Hubby had the burger and said it was great. Had the cheese dippers and tomato soup on my second visit. Thecheese sandwich was above average, not greasy and with the perfect amount of cheese. Tomato soup was thick, tasty and wellseasoned. The waitress inside the bar and bartender, when I returned were friendly and attentive. Next time I am near UnionStation, I will come back. Read more
Stopped by while walking downtown on cinco de mayo. They had an outdoor bar area with a live band to celebrate. Had 2 bars set... up & was a bit confusing since you order in 1 line and then wait for drinks next to bar but there seems to be no order &bartender asks what you?re waiting for and makes the drink. Great drink selection (lots of draft) and good food to match. Wait staff is very courteous, and the bartenders are very much... not. They?ll serve you stale beer if they don?t like your look, see images from separate visits, ? especially if you?re notwhite by their estimate. This place is amazing. I'm having a bad day of travel and with this place being located in Union Station, it is convenient. The... staff and bartenders are nice and helpful and listen very well. Their draft beer selection is crafty, and local from many of thesurrounding towns! I recommend the Facedown Brown by Telluride Beewing Co and a good and bright finish to get you back on thetrack if you're taking the Amtrak any where, or back on the road if you're riding the Greyhound or Bustang, I recommend FlamingoDreams' Berry Blonde Nitro from Longmont Co.
