Had last minute out of town guests and decided to try a Thanksgiving dining out experience instead of the traditional home... cooked meal. Service and food was great. Turkey is difficult to prepare and have it remain moist. It is nice to know that evenhigh end restaurants feel the same struggle I have had with my home cooking. The dark meat was especially dry which was strange?but everything else was great! Husband said the steak was the best he?s ever had. My brother loved the clam chowder. We allloved the halibut cheek appetizer! It was spendy, but figured buying groceries and spending all day cooking it? this wasdefinitely worth it!! Read more

Went for the Sea Food ate lots of it! Left stuffed and fulfilled. We spent a lot but expected too between drinks and food. It... was our anniversary and they came out with a card and dessert for us. Waitstaff was very nice. Tomas was a great server. Lovedthe interior design and ambiance as well! Read more

Our new office is directly opposite so some of our team thought that we'd give them a try. We're all glad that we did. Such a... classy interior suitable for any occasion. Exceptional fresh seafood and the Iced Shellfish Platters were amazing. I hadthe Australian Spiny Lobster which is one of the best meals that I have ever had. Excellent service from Matt C. Thanks mate! Read more

Water Grill Denver you did not disappoint! Came here for lunch with a couple friends (all of which including myself work in the... industry) and we were so impressed with their menu. The layout of this restaurant is absolutely stunning. Matt P was our serverand his menu suggestions were on point, all the way from the appetizers to dessert. We ordered a handful of items and he coursedthem out appropriately ensuring we weren't too overwhelmed at once. The highlights: king salmon sushi roll, Chilean sea bass andbread pudding. Already making plans to come back for dinner with an even bigger group! Thank you! Read more

Really loved dining here. I said in the reservation it was our anniversary and our table was decorated with rose petals and a... sweet note! They also gave us a complimentary dessert too. It was a nice touch. We got there early and was able to get drinks atthe bar before. We also got "free" bread to eat as well. Our server was also amazing (can't remember her name). Quite enjoyedour experience and food as well. Good place to go if you like seafood! Read more

This seems to be quite a popular restaurant in the Denver fine dining scene. It was highly recommended by a couple of locals.... It did not disappoint. The charred octopus appetizer was delicious. We ordered 3.5 lbs of king crab legs for the table, andit's hard to screw up delicious Alaskan king crab. The kitchen accidentally sent one of the sides ( root vegetables) way beforethe entrees were served. Despite a couple of requests the bread never showed up. The street corn was exceptionally delicious. The bread pudding and the key lime pies were both decadent. Read more

It?s my birthday today and we celebrated with my friend who had a birthday last week. We were super excited for Water Grill. The... atmosphere and overall decor was wonderful, love the space! I?m not sure if it?s because it?s so new but it just fell a littleflat for us. The oysters, octopus and calamari were great. The shrimp wasn?t cleaned so it wasn?t too tasty but they were veryconsiderate in removing those from the bill. We tried to order the whole fish, Dover Sole and the Sea Bass, but they ran out ofboth of them so we got the Pink Bream. The escabeche flavor was just not for us unfortunately. Also, we?ve had whole fish beforeand this one we couldn?t really eat much skin because there were scales. The lobster roll was a bit dry. The fries were yummy. Our other friend had the shrimp scampi, I didn?t try a bite but she liked it. We weren?t told about any birthday dessert whichthey thought someone told us, but they took care of the key lime pie which was delicious. The service may have been shortstaffed because it was very slow, long 3 hour dinner. Hoping it was just an off night. Read more
