For being the only one in line of the drive through I had to wait for my meal a good seven minutes for three sandwiches and when... my meal came it was totally wrong meal. Ordered Baconator fries with extra shredded cheese. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes at the window as my car... filled with flies. Was told the wait was due to cheese. Fries did not have extra shredded cheese but were drowning in the cheesesauce. What little shredded cheese was on it was not even melted. While some employees had gloves on the one making drinks didnot and when grabbing cups would grab them in a way their ungloved hands were in the cups not outside them. There were fouremployees and the manager and for 90% of the 20 minutes the four employees did nothing. Read more

I don't understand why these people don't answer the phone. They messed up my order and have me something I do not like nor did... I order. I have called now 8 times during my lunch and am unable to go back over until after work. They refuse to answer to thephone to make it right. All I wanted was a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, but instead they gave me a nasty chicken on abiscuit with syrup (gross). Read more

This was the worst we?ve had in a long time. We don?t eat out a lot but I?m certain there are still rules in place to wash hands... after handling money before serving or handling food., and don?t scratch your head while wearing gloves and then handling foodwith the same gloved hands. That was all before we got our food. Once we grabbed our food bag we left. We ordered one baconsingle and it was good my husband says, my daughter?s bourbon bacon was missing the sauce but was good. My southwest AVOCADOsalad was MISSING the avocado! Come on guys! I was so annoyed I didn?t even eat the salad so I don?t even k ow how it waswithout the main named ingredient, I went home and made a sandwich. Thanks Wendy?s. We won?t be back as we?ve had too manyissues with this particular store. Everyone makes mistakes but this store doesn?t learn from them. Read more

Avoid eating here if you are in a rush. Each order take 4+ mins to complete. They have one person making sandwiches, one... cooking, 2 running registers and one standing around doing nothing. All of them are barely of legal age to work and moveincredibly slow. With 5 car in front of me it took 25 min to get through. Read more

It is a Wendy's near an airport - busy and not very fast. But...at least you know what you are getting.
