I've never waited less than 20 mins for this Wendy's. Usually 30-40 mins. Its always backed up. Service is slow. The employees... are nice, but management needs to do something about this. I'd rather drive 5 mins away to the next Wendy's or go to BK acrossthe street. This is not fast food by any means. Read more

Sat in the drive through line for over 30 mins with four cars ahead of me. Only to be told at the order window it was cash only.... Had to wait an additional 10 mins for the cats in front of me to get food before I could get out of the line. Read more
Waited in drive through for 5 min they take the order of the car in front of me then I pull up and they lady says they are not... talking anymore orders through the drive through I can wait for everyone in front of me to get food then come inside if I wantsomething. I go inside and ask for the manager and she tells me it?s not her fault that they decided not to serve everyone inthe drive-through before closing it off.
