I've never waited less than 20 mins for this Wendy's. Usually 30-40 mins. Its always backed up. Service is slow. The employees... are nice, but management needs to do something about this. I'd rather drive 5 mins away to the next Wendy's or go to BK acrossthe street. This is not fast food by any means. Read more
If I could give it a zero I would at first the entrance doors were locked outside in during business ours so a customer inside... let us in them someone who acted like a big shot said I'm three deep in here nobody should have let you in and was being rudeand snobby so I said we would never be back to this location again and that person said good riddens and acted like he wasgiving us the bird well f u to I would rather spend my money elsewhere Read more
Sat in the drive through line for over 30 mins with four cars ahead of me. Only to be told at the order window it was cash only.... Had to wait an additional 10 mins for the cats in front of me to get food before I could get out of the line. Read more
Waited in drive through for 5 min they take the order of the car in front of me then I pull up and they lady says they are not... talking anymore orders through the drive through I can wait for everyone in front of me to get food then come inside if I wantsomething. I go inside and ask for the manager and she tells me it?s not her fault that they decided not to serve everyone inthe drive-through before closing it off. I had the worst experience. Was treated totally rude and I felt so ashamed of my own skin ???? ???? ???? I waited for 10 min... Noone would take my order or acknowledge my family's presence. I asked for the manager info and the drive thru attendant told me Anna is in the back she don't care why should I under his mask .no rush or Noone inside ???? Consistently receive poor service, cold food, and then today I ordered a medium Rick and Morty lime drink and the cup was only... 2/3rds full, so was my medium frosty. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
This is one of the worst experiences ever??the burgers had to of been sitting out for an extended amount of time and their... expensive baconator fries had like two tiny pieces of bacon and a teaspoon of cheese. The fries were also cold and so oversalted that they were not edible. Read more
What's up with the Dave's burgers? They used to be fantastic. Now it seems like I'm getting a dry no flavor burger that is... thrown together with all the ingredients on top of each other in the middle of the bun. Keep it up Wendy's and your going toloose a customer. Read more
