Spent $98 for a delivery order that was 1. Late 2. Delivered incorrectly as the staff gave me a partial of my order. We ordered... over 50 wings and initial delivery was 5 w fries, drinks and a bunch of veggies. 3. I had to go to the store, which defeats thepoint, to get the rest of my food. It was sitting on the shelf. Which means, 4. Staff didn?t care to make sure that everythingwas given to the door dasher 5. No apology. No remorse. No refund offered. No attention to detail. It would seem that staff iseither not well trained, don?t care or just have no customer service skills or pride in their work. Or a combination of all ofthese issues. Not fun because the lady gave our food to a different person and I wasted my time for 2 hours to get my wings. and there's was a... Suns versus Utah jazz game they couldn't put it on. and their bathroom wasn't clean. The wings weren't that good and they wereoverpriced everyone. I would not recommend this place to enyone. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your order. With only 2 customers in the store this should never happen. Coke machine was out... of half of flavors and fast food place was 7/10 on cleanliness. Read more

Do not come here! The lady in the front was very rude I will be calling corporate! I literally asked her if I can have napkins... and she got a attitude Then I asked her wich one of the dipping sauces were ranch and wich one was blue cheese she ignoredme Did not greet me or my husband when we walked in then told me what I?m on the phone ! We usually love wing stop (this store in particular). This last experience was awful. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude... (8/21/22 approx. 6:30pm). The fries were straight up cold, with no seasoning (not even a little bit of salt). The wings werebarely warm, going on cold. We asked for the wings, ?extra wet? and they gave us extra dry. I don?t know if the girl on thephone was having a bad night or what. We probably won?t be ordering from this location again. Read more

They messed my order up. Upon showing them the issue no one remade my order until I went up to the desk after 30 min... passed. The manager didn?t know how to refund my money. Had to wait for another 20 min while the manager tried to figure outhow to do a refund. After an hour and 20 min I left with no wings, and not even sure if I?ll actually be receiving a refund. Ordered online, had to wait past the given pick up time. Finally got food and my mistake was not double checking before leaving.... Only got half my order, and what we did get was wrong. When called to explain was told they'd refund it since I didn't have timeto go back. Never got refund, called again, was told it takes 7 to 10 days. Never happened. Read more
