I like to try local places all of them regardless of reviews, but while I hate to give 2 stars and agree with everyone who is... unhappy, for me it was the quality of the food. We ordered online and when my wife got there they 'didn't see the order' andthen she had to wait an additional 20 minutes, she said the staff was very nice though, but results are results. The soda my wofegot was semi flat, the sandwich was ok but not even on par with chich FIL a. The Cajun wings were the high part of the meal Iliked the seasoning, but the wings could be cooked hotter and quicker to have crispy crust and less visceral fat in them. Theboneless wings are basically the exact same frozen nuggets you would buy at the grocery store, the Louisiana dry rub was verymeh, the Korean spicy wasn't spicy and was basically just sugar. Veggie sticks were fresh I liked them. Blue cheese dipmeh. The absolute worst deal breaking thing though to echo other reviews was the ???? fries, just soo bad they were soggy noteven dome not crispy at all and drenched in Buffalo sauce, basically inedible. I ordered delivery and received the exact opposite of what I ordered, none of what was delivered matched anything I ordered. I... specifically wanted a sandwich and that was my whole purpose of ordering. I asked for a refund, waited a week before calling foran update. Finally received an email that the refund was being processed but that they didn't know why after I had given everydetail as to why. I'll be going to a different location from now on even though this Hampden location is five minutes away. Read more
I just got a large fries with ranch. This is a pickup only stop. You cannot sit down and eat there. It was fast and clean.
Live right near this location, so I go there all the time now. The food is great, and I can't remember them ever making a... mistake with one of my orders. They clearly put the effort in to make sure things are done right. Read more
The reviews on here must be a lie. I asked for fries extra well done and cajun seasoning with extra seasoning. The fries were... not only raw they also has no seasoning on them. The lemon pepper wings also were oily with no seasoning. Just trash Read more
This is by far the best Wingstop I have been to. It all starts from the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the employees in... the front all at once and they're so quick to want to help you. I had a food quality problem the first time I visited but theManager, Jason, resolved it immediately and I went back a few days later (today) and everything was perfect. It's always nice tosee employees with smiles on their faces and Managers so eager to make sure your experience is good. Highly recommended! Read more
