Edit: my food finally arrived (45 minutes late), and a very nice manager called later in the afternoon to apologize for the... delay. Sounds like they were absolutely swamped so I?d be happy to give them another shot. I really like the food here, but mylatest attempt to order delivery was really disappointing. Per the order confirmation email, my food should have been deliveredalmost 40 minutes ago - I tried several times after that to call the restaurant to check the status of my order (because I knowdelays can happen), but the calls kept rolling over to a random voicemail and I couldn?t speak with a human. I love this place. I use to work close to the Treemont location but I changed jobs. I came in today and had the same quality... service, food and environment. They have a great music selection and laid back atmosphere. I got the Sherpa on a French baguettegrilled. My goodness it's delicious. Just like I remember. Don't go near here at lunch. If you get the bad luck of the draw in who is preparing your order, you can starve to death.
