Fast friendly service!!! Hot and fresh food!!! Love love love
After working in the yard the entire afternoon we were starving and knew options were slim, however, remembered Arbys and... arrived 9:38pm. Even though they close at 10:00pm and everything was clean and ready to close, we were greeted exceptionallynice by the manager and staff. Food items were suggested and throughly described causing us to order completely different itemsthen what we came after, however, we ordered those items as well to take home.for tomorrow. The chicken bacon Swiss wasoutstanding, fresh and crunchy and the fries were hot crisp and fresh. They didn't have to be so kind and prepare fresh foodthis late but it was greatly appreciated. Horrible.. I used to love Arby's but this place has gone downhill. Employees are always rude, the curly fries are either to... burnt and hard you can't eat or just cold and nasty. The drive thru staff worked well as a couple and ford was prepped and delivered speedily. I will have to add that the older, I... get, the more the classic beef and cheddar is not as tasty as remembered. Arby's is good at updating and adding entres but theroast beef recipe probably needs to be revisited at this point to stay competitive. Read more
Everything here reminds you of how fast food restaurants used to be before covid. We didn't wait long at all for our food. And... the staff seemed to work as a team and be able to joke around and get there job done without making customers wait. Read more
