This is ridiculous. How long does it take to hand out donuts and make coffee. We sat in line for 30 plus minutes.
30 minutes in the drive thru line waiting to pick up a mobile order. Finally get through the slow line and the bread on the... avocado and sun dried tomato toast isn?t even toasted, and the bacon and tomatoes are piled in one spot. No excuse for this,just laziness and poor training. Won't ever stop here again. Read more
EDIT UPDATE: This location has been under new management since my last post. I was a bit perplexed after having the same... specific and previous crew members tailor my drinks the way I like them. However, the new manager Khadijah has come through andis ensuring productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction! She's very personable and thorough! With ANY NEW CHANGE, there's alwaysa process as you progress and it's understood that this is the ONLY coffee spot in the area. each time I order the snack bacon (either pepper or the maple) I wait probably 40 minutes for there to be NO FLAVOR & UNDER... COOKED. I get pink, extra floppy bacon. I've had to go back inside countless times. it's so gross, it's not even edible! & whenyou go inside, the people in there have a bad attitude that you're simply requesting for them to do their job the right way.this location used to run very well & recently has gone down hill so far, I don't even think there's hope for it to make acomeback. The employees working this morning were absolutely killing it! The store was packed out and they were clearly short staffed.... Whoever manages this store- the girls working on 9/3 AM are fabulous. The employee with short blonde hair and glasses helped meand was extremely nice to have been so busy and overwhelmed. Employees who work with so much positivity under stress go a longway. Read more
This Dunkin Donuts needs to get its act together. Took us 30 minutes to get two muffins, and three (3) iced coffees. Also they... were out of donuts before 10:00 am on a Sunday. This store also needs to work on cleaning, it was very dirty The floor had dirtand crumbs all over it. I will give kudos to the one gentleman who was working hard to get orders out , and working harder thanhis fellow employees. Read more
I truly have never experienced a more unhappy place to get my coffee. The woman who was working to go orders was extremely rude.... Customers were asking her about to go orders and she would completely ignore them and place orders on the counter with so muchattitude. I?m not sure what has happened to this Dunkin recently, but it has definitely gone down hill quickly. I was taken aback with the rudeness of that employee and lack of service. Every other employee was doing their best to keep up with a busylocation. Something?s gotta change.. Read more
Haven't been here in a few years. Donuts were great. Appeared short staffed but, girls here we're working their hardest and... keeping up. Very nice despite being crazy busy and hustling. Thanks for serving me with a smile! Read more
