My husband's chicken strips were cooked too long so they were hard to bite into my pita burger was ok but its been better.
I made an order and was met with nothing but disappointment. My order was completely wrong, which I don?t understand because it... was all very basic pics off of the displayed menu. I even pointed them out. Not only this, but the young man at the register didnot speak basic English which was a major barrier. There was a lot of back and forth and no one to help. I asked for the managerand they were nowhere to be found. The food was both under/overcooked (multiple entrees), not pleasing at all. Very disappointedwith the service and will not be returning. Great local chain and this one is very good. Good mix of Greek and Southern food. There is something for everyone. One of the... best gyros in town or just get a burger. It's one of our family's favorite places. Edit: Prices have gone up lately. Also,they only play Fox News and make sure it's everywhere. Makes my rating go down. My husband and I have enjoyed eating at Showmars for years. Staff are always nice and friendly and food is always fresh. On our... most recent visit we had the crispy chicken BLT salad and the Chicken Santorini. We noticed a significant difference in theamount of chicken used in both dishes. Fast food Greek Style! Who would have thought. Pretty fairly well done and the food was solid. Nothing great, but well done and... the staff were good & attentive. The shake machine was on the fritz, but I think that is par for the course of fast food joints.Had the Gyro wrap (not sure what was a wrap other than marketing) that had a good pita and fair protein. The baklava wasabsolutely not worth the purchase, but it was gooey & sweet - so it had that. Would stop again, but not super high expectations. Read more
