My daughter loves this Wendy's. She always orders spicy chicken sandwich plain, baconater fries with a side of extra cheese... sauce, and a large strawberry/lemonade. They sometimes leave the extra sauce out of the bag. Sometimes, they put cheese on hersandwich. Now, before I leave, we always ck the bag. They always make it right. If it weren't for having to check everythingevery time I'd give them 5 stars for service. This Wendy's is WAY BETTER than Wendy's in Stanley. Read more

Charged me for a Dave's double combo for $14 meal with drink and gives me a single with out the drink. This store is nothing but... a bunch of thrives that has never given me a correct order through their drive through. Will never ever go to them. Explicitwarning. Stay clear of this Wendy's location. The cashier was super rude and acted like we were putting her out by ordering our food. She slammed our cup down on the counter... after being super short during the ordering process. Some people should not be in customer service. Read more
Worst Wendy?s around! I?ve been to so many locations over the years in NC & in surrounding states & I?d vote this location as... the worst. There?s always a problem at this location from not being able to make a frosty to poor customer service from drivethru attendants to the restaurant only accepting cash at odd times! The normal drive thru attendants have zero care to befriendly and the food is sub par compared to other locations. Skip this Wendy?s unless you are desperate for it. Read more
this was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. All I ordered was a double stack with no cheese and lettuce and tomato and you... would think that was the hardest thing for them to get right. My sandwiches was fixed twice and it still wasn't right so afterthe second time I did not want any contaminated food so I'd like to unload that I wanted my money back well why some big bullycome from the grill and ask me for the hamburgers back and I should have the back to him and let him know that I did not wantthe hamburgers because it's not what I want ordered. They were very rude unprofessional and and a little bit on the racisside.do not waste your time do not stop here they do not care about your consumers in this area I was just in town drivingthrough Denver but obviously Wendys is not concerned about providing excellent customer service.
