Literally the employee told me they weren't trained to serve ice cream so they are closed. Took a drive for this with gas like... it is to only be turned away because someone doesn't want to scoop ice cream. I asked when it was open and she said dependswho's working. The lady who waited on me today was extremely friendly, I'm grateful for that! However, I saw another lady there with a child... and asked for a scoop of ice cream, and the lady told them they aren't able to serve ice cream until 4 because of being shortstaffed. I've worked in retail before I totally understand being short staffed can be frustrating to those currently working, asthey have extra work to pick up. However, the rest of the time they were there the 3 employees were standing around talking. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't have given that child a scoop of icecream. There also was no one else in line, soit's not like a bunch of other people would have jumped in for some. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous!!! Short staffedis understandable, but if they're going to just stand there talking for how long they were then they could have scooped onescoop of icecream for a child. What a shame. All tables were covered with ice cream or crumbs. The hair of the person scooping ice cream touched the cone every time he... dipped it. So I didn?t eat mine. All staff just talking about how they still talk to their exes. There were no adults working. Inever write reviews, this is my first and that just shows how terrible it was. Read more

For the second time this week I've sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes only to be told that they weren't staffed to serve... ice cream. I won't be returning to the Denver location and I imagine if they don't get it together I won't be the only lostcustomer. Read more

The first thing I did here was use the restroom. It was not very clean at all. There was sticky smudges on the toilet paper... holder. The floor near the baseboards was black and the baseboards weren't much better. The soap dish had puddle of soap in thecatch tray. The top of the sink was dirty too. The men's bathroom was locked and no sign so we didn't know why it was locked andmy husband ended up having to use the women's restroom. Now beyond that the rest of the restaurant was pretty clean. The servicewas good and friendly. I do feel the two scoops of ice cream I ordered could have been put in a bigger bowl because I orderedhot fudge and it was kinda runny over the edge. The hot fudge was also either not very hot or wasn't hot fudge because it wasvery gloopy from the beginning and usually it doesnt so that until it gets cold. Took my son for ice cream. They told me the ice cream was closed. I wish they would have told me instead of 3 employees talking... amongst themselves for minutes while I waited at the counter. There were no other customers and I guess I know why. Place wasfilthy too. Looks like you have some major problems running this business. Read more
