Really going down hill lately. Very poor drive up service. Can't even keep track of the amount of incorrect orders received... lately. Latest one was today around 1pm. Ordered a wake up wrap, get a donut. Not really that difficult, especially since itwasn't busy. Check your orders before driving away! Read more

No food. Guy sounded angry entire time. No polite words used. I work in food service as a store manager with 80 plus employees.... I go to Dunkin because of reasonable prices. Will be going to Starbucks from now on. Not coming back!!! Read more

For a 24 hour Dunkin, imagine our surprise when we get there and it?s closed. Even the sign on the window said open. We pulled... in just to find out the doors are locked and the drive through blocked with crates. If I could give them a zero I would. Falseadvertisement. Read more

Have walked in plenty of times to order. Food is fine, and drinks are good. The last time i went in one man from the back came... yelling at me and my husband that we couldn?t be in there and it was drive through only, meanwhile other customers were eatinginside. He was incredibly rude, no need to yell like that at all. I believe he was also the same man who took our order at thedrive through a couple months prior and he was also very rude then. We had repeated an item of the order to make sure he got itand he got defensive and yelled that he already had it. Once we pulled up to the window he had a nasty look on his face staringat us, placed our bag down harshly, and did not say hello or goodbye at all. If this is how business is going to be run, i willnot be returning. Read more

Hit or miss at this place, especially this past year. Last year we were able to go at 11pm any day and they were still open. Now... they?re closed at the most random times. I?ve driven by about 10 times this last month and they were only open once. Plus theydon?t listen to anything you say when you order, they usually always get my order wrong Read more

I gave 3 stars because sometimes the staff are so nice. This place is good or evil. Today it was evil. I ordered an iced tea... with peach flavor. I was asked 3 times in an angry heavily accented voice "what flavor do you want". After answering peach, 3times, I asked do you not have peach, and he angrily barked no. I asked what flavors do they have and the first 3 he mentioned Ididn't understand because of his accent, but I understood blueberry. I get to the window, and a heavily accented female wasgiving me looks that were not pleasant. She hands me my tea I taste that it has no sugar. I say I'm sorry can you put sugar inthis I forgot to ask for it. She responded caramel, I said no, sugar. We went through this word play 3 times. She put someslurry in it, and walking back was giving me angry looks until she saw me studying her face. Idk if it was sugar that she put inmy drink but she also handed me 2 sugar packets (?). It tasted ok so I went on my way. Idk if psychopathy is contagious but itseems to be here. Maybe they need new staff. Read more

The people running the windows are so sweet, however there?s a gentleman who I think actually owns the establishment who often... is very abrupt. Today when I tried explaining that the coffee didn?t taste like it usually did, I was practically yelled at (toclarify what was wrong with the coffee). I don?t come there to be barked at, and I certainly don?t enjoy being yelled at when Iam spending money at their establishment. Will not be going back. It?s such a shame, because the people at the window arehonestly so sweet and nice to interact with. The owner used to be very friendly and pleasant, but I dread dealing with him now. Read more

So it seems like this place is hit or miss. Well my visit was a miss. I had the worse service and unprofessional staff work with... me today. After buying a full dozen of donuts I asked if they had any more strawberry frosted in the back. The response was Ihave to use the ones in the front before using the ones in the back. Understanding the concept as I?ve worked in Food servicefor years. I asked if they had more as I needed a dozen. She walked away and never returned to assist me. So when another personwho was also very rude to me came out. I politely asked for the manager. They lied and said he was on the phone (he was outside)hoping for me to leave. Then went 2 feet away from me to talk about me. I merely asked for a manager as I wanted to talk aboutthe experience today. I moved closer to the girls and told them how impolite it was to talk about customers especially when allI did was ask to speak to a manager. The manager on duty wasn?t that helpful either. I hope corporate responds to my fullexperience survey as they need customer service training! Read more
