My daughter took me here for my Birthday 10/4. We were taken in immediately and had a delicious meal. I had the raviolis with... marinara sauce. She had shrimp w risotto. We both enjoyed our meals immensely. The staff couldnt have been any better. I havealso been there for lunch several times. I know when I go there the food is fresh. Thank you to Cafe Metro. I have a love/hate relationship here. I love the atmosphere, the waitresses, and the vegan carrot cake. I'm not so fond of some... of the vegetarian options I've tried. The lunch black bean burger is great and the dinner vegetarian lo mein is fine but coulddefinitely use a dab of arrowroot or cornstarch so the noodles don't drip all over your clothes. Not a date night option forsure. The other veggie dishes I tasted were what some people would associate with vegetarianism - plain and bland. I'd like tosee more flavorful options. Good to note that many of the non veg options can be made w seitan, tempeh, or tofu. Going to starttrying that. Nice enough place to keep trying. Read more
Came here for the first time. Friendly and accommodating waitress. Tried two appetizers and the chicken wrap. They were all... good. Will definitely be going back to try a few other menu items that looked good. Read more
The one time I ordered from here my chicken sandwich had deli paper in it. Full on sheets of deli paper cooked into a sandwich.... Guess they forgot to remove it from the cheese. My MIL on the other hand said the veggie stir fry tasted good there. Alas, weshan?t be visiting again, since I?m not into eating paper. Read more
Such a cute place! We got to eat outside and it was a great atmosphere. Absolutely impressed with the vegan options! My husband... and I never get vegan dessert option at a restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised. Our meals were delicious and the servingsare generous! Will definitely be back. Read more
My clients picked this spot for lunch. I decided to get the vegetable stir fry. When I arrived I told the nice server that I was... picking up, she told me they were packing it. Another lady came out and told me it will be a little more time so I sat andwaited. It took about another 10 to 15 minutes. I dropped off the food and when I got in I ate. The stir fry was very fillingbut it was just ok in taste. I had to add a little hot sauce and it needed a little season salt but it wasn't bad, it was justok.
