I never been to a Dunkin Donuts that didn't have donuts. In addition, I ordered using the app and added a credit card, but when... the couldnt give me the donuts rhey couls only give me credit on a DD card and not back on my CC. Read more
Parking lot was packed but I was able to get quick service and the three people working there were incredibly friendly and all... were wearing masks. The lobby was clean and I had a great experience getting an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Thanks for thequick and wonderful service!!!! Read more
First time visiting this dunkin donuts and it's 9:30 at night mind you it's a 24 hr store and I just finished coming from... another DD that didn't have cinnamon raisin bagels . I wanted my fav vanilla chai tea and the worker told me sorry I cleaned mymachine so I can't make it smh! I had told the worker here that i just came from another DD because they didn't have the bagel Iwanted, she completely disregarded what i said. Won't come to this local dunkin donuts again. Pure laziness at its finest. (Ifyou look close enough to the right of the pic that's the worker that couldn't make my tea. Outside on her phone. Guess her breakwas more important.) Paid for a donut at the kiosk inside.Waited and waited. Finally asked if it was coming out. ?We don?t have any donuts? followed... by a ?you should have looked!?. Had to ask for a refund. my standards aren?t high for a dunks, but to not be told there were anydonuts, do a kiosk only payment, wait, and then not be offered a refund until I asked for it? don?t waste my time.
