I ordered on the app and my order was ready when I arrived. Everything was delicious. The only thing I do not like had to do... with the app automatically adding in the tip. I prefer to give a cash tip and you have to physically uncheck the tip, which Iforgot to do this time so that?s frustrating. Otherwise the service was friendly & Playa Bowls just make me happy ???? Great place, awesome good tasting food. Got the Nutella bowl, it was delicious. My wife and daughter loved the dessert.
I ordered for 3 Nutelloco- coconut bowl and they blended the coconut juice with banana. Meanwhile l don?t like the smile of... banana for me to even taste it and always substitute it with different fruit. They didn?t seek for my consent and when l callthem no one is answering.l have to trash all of them because it makes me nauseous and l had driven to Pennslyvania. Read more
Every time I come here I use my rewards, and everytime My smoothie is messed up. One time I got spinach instead of spiralina. It... was like drinking a salad. They asked me if I wanted a refund or a redo. I opted for the redo. They made me pay for it. Justwent back today, used my rewards $3 off again, my drink had so much spiralina, I couldn?t even drink it. I brought it rightback. They only offered a refund, and stated it was the ?right? amount of spiralina. No idea what?s going on here, but I?ve beento a decent amount of playa bowls, and this one is definitely the worst. Fresh, clean, made-to-order acai, banana, coconut, pitaya, green, chia pudding, oatmeal, and so many more things to choose from!... (And that's just bases to pick from!) Everything can be completely custom. It's always so delicious meaning they get pretty busywith a decent line almost every day but it's definitely worth the wait.
