i encounter an employee who asked me to ask for permission to take my mobile order. She is in middle ages and blonde, short... hair. every time i come here, the same lady makes rude warnings with the same unhappiness. maybe i ordered it online cause ?didnt want to take your unhappy energy?? Always had a good experience here until today. I treat myself to Starbucks 2x a month and I almost always come to this location... bc I feel like they are the best at what they do. Today I picked up my coffee with light ice and it was Just a little more thanhalf full. Now, I don?t expect it to be filled to the top when I ask for light ice. But this is literally like they poured agrande into a venti cup. When I asked about it the older guy with glasses behind the counter rudely and dismissively said ?wellyou asked for light ice? I wasn?t about to argue and make a scene so I left. But you?re saying that the only difference betweena venti and a grande is the amount of ice? This is absurd. I?m so disappointed. Every time I?ve ordered for the last two weeks, they don?t fill the cup all the way. For a $6+ beverage (toasted vanilla oatmilk... shaken espresso), that?s complete BS. If someone pays for a beverage can you guys please start making it properly? Read more
Customer service is great, staff is very professional, welcoming and polite. Coffee is delicious as always, I like it. Only one... notice - restrooms were a little bit dirty last time I visited this Starbucks. But in general this place is great. Read more

Very pleasant Starbucks. Staff are friendly and it's all clean and tidy (compared to NYC's at least...). Usual drinks and food.
Today is the third time I visited this location and they were CLOSED. It was 4:50pm Friday. I've given up with this location.... Dunkin Donuts on route 46 is a mile away and open 24/7. Read more
