Can't say enough about how neat this place is if you like Irish pubs!! Great meal selection and good fresh food, nice wait... staff, good variety of drinks. There's a quiet section and a louder fun bar room area. Just can't say enough about what a niceexperience we had. One thing I love is how a crew brought all the entrees out at the same time and it was piping hot. If I everget back to this area this will be my place to dine. Read more
Good food, but is it worth it? Located on a prominent layline of the Earth, this eatery is a gateway and, or a trap. If this was... posted today, I'm still experiencing the same day over and over again. If time has passed since the review was submitted, thatmeans I finally cracked the code, and I'm back to living my life on a linear path. I must be getting close. The place has great music, there?s DJ after 10 pm on Friday?s. I went with my folks for drinks and appetizers. I liked the... spinach and artichoke dip - so creamy and fresh, and the thin crust cheese pizza - the sauce is good. From the drinks we orderedI liked the absolute stress reliever the most. Getting a table has quite some waiting time on weekends, so plan ahead- noreservations are taken. The service/staff is really good and helpful. Read more

Monday in Denville, almost all the restaurants are closed - Thatcher McGhee's saved the day for us, and turned out to be a... genuine treat in the process. We were very well attended to, in a cozy, book-sy sort of nook of the pub, by Jim, who had alovely British accent of some sort (I know there are many, I don't want to get it wrong). He was engaging and easy to getalong with - as were all the dishes we ordered, from the bar platter and the drinks to the entrees, many of which are familiar,some of which are clearly more classically Irish or British. The interior is many variegated, but all sections have that warm,cosy feel of a pub - and interestingly a reiteration of the thatched roof on the exterior of the building within as well. We'resurely end up coming back - Monday or not - when next we're in town! Read more
Great design and music, atmosphere inside is so cozy. Staff is always welcoming and polite. Selection of drinks is great and... food is so delicious! I am often visiting this pub and I like it so much. Great pub to spend time with your friends, I love thisplace. Read more
