Service was great! But the atmosphere was ok food wasn't made right, and just warm. It's was cold outside and I ended up having... to continue to wear my jacket inside because it was so cold. Great food. Our waitress Kayla(kaylie?) Was really nice and handled our order well.
It's a chain, but they run it like it's a family business. Low staff turnover. On our last visit one of the servers had that big... corner table on its side so that that could get a front loader in there to clean up after the family of seven (including fiveyoung children) that had just finished annihilating that whole area. Stopped here after a 3 hour drive just hoping to get some food for my boyfriend and I. We waited almost an hour for our... appetizer then another 45 min for our food. His 8oz steak was the size of a baby's first and was burnt on one side. We waitedanother 30 min for his food to be remade just for it to come back still burnt on one side and completely cold and raw on theother. The waitress was kind and refunded his dish.....but after a 3 hour drive and just wanting to sit down for food ....weended up waiting almost 3 hours and didn't eat. Just stopped by on a Wednesday evening for a quick by. There was no wait to be seated. Ordered a mudslide, the 2 for $22 you can... choose 2 salads or an appetizer to share and 2 entrées. Great deal! Everything was good! Read more
