Ordered over $25 worth of food for my family tonight and was told the chicken fries weren?t ready & to pull to the side and... someone would bring it out to me. After waiting 15 minutes, I walked back in and asked if the chicken fries were ready or whatwas going on. Both girls working rolled their eyes at me and rudely asked what I ordered. Turns out, my order was sitting on thecounter right next to them and the chicken fries were in the bag. Sooo apparently they just didn?t want to bring the order outto me like they said they were going to. The food was also cold and no apologies or anything from them. Terrible customerservice. Read more
Absolutely the worst BK, scratch that, anywhere customer service. If you go here be prepared to be screamed out and cussed out... with the most attitude you can get from anyone. I would literally drive down transit to the other BK if I wanted it that much atthis point. Whoever that girl is working drive thru I have had a lot of run ins with her and her attitude, especially becauseit?s the closest place to my house when I?m feeling lazy. It?s sad too because a lot of people I?m friends with around her knowexactly the girl I?m talking about since it?s the closest to depew and Lancaster. Stopped on my way back to Warren Pa (rt 95). Long line at drivethru BUT moved right along no long delays. When I arrived at the... 1st window the Manager said it's been that busy all day long (which is a good sign that this team is doing things right). Icashed out at 1st window & the 2nd window server had my order hot fresh ready in the bag. I complimented the speed of servicewith her & said the team there rocks! She gave me knuckles (high 5). I asked for the chic king and got a little piece of chicken and took bout 10ish mins for my food. I also asked for bbq sauce and... never got any. I really love thier food but this is the worse experience I have ever had at Burger King Read more
Went thru the drive thru about 2pm on a Sunday. Was asked to go wait in the parking lot for my items. After nearly 30 minutes of... waiting with a hungry 6 year old in the car I went inside to ask about my items. The young lady (who seemed high as a kite)asked me what my order was I showed the receipt. She said I had to "order it again". I had obviously already paid so I asked fora refund. I was told she "didn't know how". So after over half an hour of waiting I left without my money or food. It was only$25 but these people were so rude and incompetent I decided to just leave. This is a strange Burger King. I don?t want to knock staff or quality of food, the latter being a Burger King so it?s consistent... to others; however, as they?re all individual franchises, prices differ as well as availability. For some reason this locationdoesn?t carry jalapeño bites, a minor inconvenience which is okay since it?s not compulsory and can get them elsewhere.However, the fact that their large fountain drink is over $1 more than other burger kings is wild! Across the board, a largefountain drink is $2.38 at other burger kings (a couple cents different in Niagara county,) but here, I forget the exact butit?s over $3 and definitely over the .38 in change mark because I remember byhh hitt the first time just thinking it was amistake Read more
Everyone was very busy; however, service was fast, friendly and doing as well as they could. The volume from the drive through... was WAY TOO LOUD? I was at the counter inside. The young lady who was taking my order and I could barely hear each other. Youcan see the photograph of my meal. I, unfortunately, was disappointed. My onion "rings" were overdone and hard. The pickles onmy sandwich are not those that used to be on it - more like freezer/icicle pickles. One last comment - why, as a person whonever drinks coffee, can I NOT get a senior discount??? Horrible customer service!! Rushed me out by telling me three times that I was all set. When I asked for a couple of packs of... mayo, she gave us only one mayonnaise packet for THREE sandwiches & made it sound like a huge inconvenience because I wanted aBBQ sauce for my chicken. Told me she was gonna have to charge me for it, like it was gonna change my mind. When I told her thatwas fine, she rolled her eyes as she took my 35¢ for the one sauce, then told me a 4th time that we were all set, so we tookour food to go. About 5 minutes after we left and were starting to eat, we realized she forgot THREE other food items that weordered & paid extra for!! We were already almost on the thruway again, so couldn't turn back around. Unfortunately that causedone person in our car to not be able to eat because the forgotten food was hers.... What gets me is that we were literally theonly people in line, so it's not like they were so overwhelmed with orders that they couldn't concentrate on ours. How hard isit to gather some premade food and put it in a bag??? We didn't order anything 'special order' either!
