burgers and fries are tasty and good. however, service is horrible and restaraunt is dirty. every table hasnt been cleaned and... floor is extremely sticky! if it was clean i would have given it a higher star rating. Read more
Made me drive back around through drive thru because my chicken wasn't done yet and there were cars behind me. Chicken isn't... that good. Garlic parm fries are decent, but not worth getting again. Worker put my brownie-cookie on top of all my hot food andit melted. First experience "checking" it out and last. Waste of $22.00! Read more
One of the best fast food joints around. Interesting seasoned fries that come in large sizes and they even carry boneless wings... and hot dogs! For me though the menu item that always makes me say I'm so happy I came as a large strawberry Fanta that reallybrings the meal together. Read more
NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION! I've been to every other Checker's location in WNY and they are no where near as bad as this one. I... visited this Checker's 5/1/2018 around approximately 6:30pm. Let's start off with the service. You are who you hire. Theemployees looked disgusting and had terrible attitudes. They could be found hiding in the back away from the counter most of thetime. The food was terrible. I ordered a monsterella chicken burger for myself . The mozzarella sticks that came on the burgerwere border line inedible. Super hard and dried out. I had to take them off my burger because I was worried I would get sick. Mydaughter had the $3 chicken bites box. First off they forget to give me my chicken bites with my sandwich so I had to go backand ask for them. The girl then goes back to get them as I watch her reach into a warming bin that's super low to the ground andscrapes the chicken bites from the bottom, at this point I already knew they would not be the greatest but I didn't make a hugedeal, it's fast food right what do you expect? She usually devours these and wouldn't touch them so I decided to try one to seewhat was wrong. I felt like I was eating chicken carcass. The breading on the outside was not crunchy at all and was the sameconsistency as the outside. They also looked brownish, not their normal color as my daughter gets these all the time from theother locations. Now let's get to the actually cleanliness of the building. As soon as you walk in the place looks dirty.Floors, tables, walls, trash overflowing, old sticky pop all over the machine, the condiment area disgusting, and once I saw thebathroom I would not let my daughter even use it. The people who work here could not even be paid enough in the world to act mildly happy or god forbid they had to help or take... ur order in anyway, all you'd get was heavy sighs and eye rolls! This isn't a one time incident either I've witnessed it 3x ormore and they won't change the .99cent chili dog off their advertisement right on Walden and transit to see so they get you inand nope their $1.99 the don't care n I don't want ppl that don't care anywhere near my food! My mom stopped going when theyrefused to give the chili dogs for.99 as advertised and fought that they hadn't taken it down yet( it's been 1 month n prettysure it's still on the sign too) Read more
