Out of all the Dennys we have been to, this one is exceptional. We love the servers who are attentive and friendly. Food... preparation is excellent. The only problem is they often don't have a cashier so you might have to wait to check out. But thewait is worth it! Read more
9:30pm. 9-16-22. Plenty of staff walking around. Sat and waited for initial drinks from a server. We were ignored after waiting... 20 minutes. We left immediately and went to orchard park location where we received excellent service. Will not ever visittransit rd location again. Read more
If I could leave less than one star I would. Went here with the family on Friday night, about 9:30pm. Fifteen minutes after... being seated (rudely) we still were not offered drinks. We were the only customers in the restaurant, which was staffed withwhat I could count 6 employees. After noticing one employee walk past our table to take a break outside, we got up and left.Drove over to Orchard Park location and had fantastic service!! I will never visit this location again. Went there for a seminar, we were given the menu and told to order what we wanted! I haven't been there in years, and was very... surprised by the menu! Waitress was great as was the food. We will be visiting there again soon. Read more
Your typical Dennys, nothing abnormal to report. I had the strawberry Pancake puppies (these should be year-round), tbone Steak... and eggs, and cinnamon roll pancakes, all came out good, steak was undercooked for well done. this was quite literally the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. i pray to god the restaurant owner watches last... nights camera footage as the store was an absolute wreck. the waitress that was attending this specified group of guests wasencouraging the discusting behavior including hollering, standing on the table, grinding on the floor, and playing veryinnaporiate music. all while the waitress laughed. my table left immediately after getting food at this appalling experience. iwish i could say this is a made up story. i hope to god if i ever work up the appitite to eat here again we never encounter thatwaitress who took care of them and she is fired for encouraging such a terrible environment. also the ?manager? working thatnight had ignored this situation far too long and when he finally did, all he said was this couldn't happen because of theamount of other customers. amount should not matter. if anything i think everyone who had experienced such an awful anddisturbing meal at 11:30pm last night should be refunded. i would appreciate if someone would reach out to me via email as thiscan be easily brought to corporate. Love this diner! Great service and good food at reasonable prices. I come here for breakfast and occasionally for dinner. I've... been to several other Dennys, but they don't compare to this one. I'll go out of my way to come here instead of a Dennys thatmight be closer. Read more
