Best five guys I've ever been in and I've been to all of them in Western New York... Misha runs a tight ship the store is... spotless the staff friendly even when I demanded to see a manager with no explanation, they all kept their composure and smilesin place. I've never had an issue with this location until my last visit. Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always good.... Recently I ordered my food to go and ordered a large fry with it. I'm used to receiving a full cup stuffed with fries as well asabout another cup's worth in the bottom of the bag. I attached a picture of all I received on my last visit. Remember, largefries cost over $6.00. I do not hold honest mistakes against employees that are working hard so instead I emailed theircorporate office just to make sure that they hadn't changed their policy on how many fries a customer gets. It has been a weeksince this review and I haven't gotten a response from their corporate. Once again, they have great employees and food, butthere is zero communication from their corporate office; not even an auto-reply. Now I know that the company is successfulbecause of the hard work of the local employees. How embarrassing that the corporate office doesn't reflect the same effort. Read more

I am an Uber Eats driver and my experience with this Five Guys location last night was the last straw for me. After driving... seven miles, I arrived and was told that the order had been given to another driver an hour before! Then why on earth did theyput out a delivery request after it had already been picked up?? This is the SECOND TIME this has happened at this particularFive Guys. I had to drive all the way back, on top of all the miles I?d already driven. These restaurants don?t understand thatUber drivers get a very low base pay from Uber, and so we have to plan very carefully the orders we select and the time andmiles it will take us to deliver, otherwise we won?t make a living wage. When we are inconvenienced like this, it throws off ourwork day and puts us severely behind schedule. I?m simply disgusted by how unprofessional this location is.
