The pizza we got was so bad that it was not even edible. There was so much cheese on it we literally were laughing at how... horrible it was. Just ordered a pepperoni Calzone from Grassos and I am super disappointed. The outside was over cooked and the inside had a... pound of undercooked pepperoni and undercooked dough. $13 down the drain and the money they waste on ingredients is crazy. Read more
I get the Vegan pizzas to eat with my friend who has a dairy allergy, and I enjoy them as they are very good alternatives for... people who are vegan or with dairy allergies. They can be pricy for those alternatives, but it's what the market can dictate. Read more
We ordered the grazones (calzone). I had the chicken spinach and my sister had the pepperoni and mushrooms. AMAZING!! So good... and huge! I like that they gave us 2 marinara sauce containers and 2 ranch containers. You gotta try one! Read more

So disappointed. I can?t eat Gluten but they offer a gluten free pizza that really tasted good the first time I ordered. This... second time around it looks like some just slopped the pizza in the box . There wasn?t even cheese on parts of the crust. We moved from Williamsville to this area and the first time we got this pizza we knew it was our new favorite place. The pizza... is excellent very cheesy and great flavor with a good crust. The chickens wings are very good. Excellent flavor and juicy. Theycould be a little more crispy but they are still excellent. As a buffalo born native I highly recommend this place! Read more
I was given cold, not freshly cooked wings and instead of an apology and refund for my dissatisfaction, I was told by the most... unprofessional manager the wings are supposed to be like that because they pre-cook them on busy nights and then fry them asecond time. To her, telling me my order wasn?t made fresh out of a fryer sounded better than saying ?I?m sorry they must?ve hadthose wings you got sitting out too long, here?s a credit for next time?. She argued and gave attitude from the get go andraised her voice and instead of trying to resolve anything, only escalated things when it was a simple problem to fix. Shedidn?t act like a manger at all and I?ve never had an experience like that. To learn they don?t even make their food fresh ispretty gross and couldn?t believe she thought that was a good way to explain getting cold food and that I should accept itbecause that?s how they?re supposed to be basically. The wings are very inconsistent; good one day and bad the next (now I knowwhy), but I was still a loyal customer because I love wings and their sauce on the good days. Any customer would rather waitlonger for fresh food, not take some cold gross fast food. Even McDonald?s makes fresh food out of the fryer. Her defense ofthat?s how they make their wings was the strangest argument I?ve ever encountered and threw me off that she thought that thatwas a legit excuse for serving cold food. Most bad reviews all mentioned the terrible management and rude treatment of theircustomers and wow I def agree!
