WORST LOCATION EVER! Waited 30 minutes for a DoorDash before leaving. The one manager , or atleast I think she is was an... absolute jerk. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to ask politely ?could you check on this order? the girl was like ?uh you?rebeing rude, we?re understaffed, and you can leave!? They need to fix their problems , no wonder why they?re understaffed. Thiswas by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Used to love this place. Waited 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink but was greeted and asked so rudely and so nasty... that we just left. The 2 girls who are running the place have ruined mooneys. won't be back. Read more

We had the BEST mac n cheese here! We ordered a full stinger Mac n cheese and split it. We also got a side of fries. The stinger... mac n cheese was SO GOOD. We kept eating it even though we were full (that's how good it was)! It had bits of chicken finger,hot sauce, steak shavings and bleu cheese. Also the server was amazing. My fiance and went to the Broadway location for their Thanksgiving Mac&Cheese. Omg was it amazing! It was HUGE! Our first time... there (about a week ago). Was not too happy about the service. The girl seemed like she was in a really bad mood/having a badday. We could hear her yelling and swearing in the kitchen a few times. There was hardly anyone there, yet it took our 2appetizers a while to be ready. Honestly, I would go again to get that mac and cheese, but the first impression left me on thefence.
