I did go 3 times before leaving this review. All 3 times my burger was INSANELY wrong. The first time, a totally different one... that I ordered and the other two, missing half the stuff. Today, I was brought out the missing stuff and basically assembled myown burger. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldnt have come there. Don't bother. It's just irritating. Read more
I actually enjoyed their pizza (at first,) then we ordered one night and it's been an ongoing nightmare with them since. When we... ordered the other night, the pizza took an hour and a half to get to us. It was EXTREMELY overcooked, almost to the point ofcremation. It was black and tasted like cardboard. I called them and they only offered me a $10 credit towards my next order. Itold them that this wasn't satisfactory, so they offered to bring out freshly cooked pizzas. I said that was fine, so long asthey cooked them properly this time. After I said that, the woman on the phone got an attitude immediately and insisted that itis their 'normal bake'. She told me that if I order from them in the future that I need to ask for my pizza 'lightlybaked.' They brought new pizzas out to my house within twenty minutes, and they were cooked to our liking, but THEN they DOUBLECHARGED my bank account!!! Luckily, the woman I spoke with at headquarters was very professional and handled my situation verywell, refunding my money and apologizing for the poor service. I will NEVER order from this location again, simply because oftheir poor customer service and inconsistency. Read more
The food was okay. It may have the Santora's name and sauce but the pizza was not great. Definitely not the Santora's pizza I... remember as a child from the location that used to be on Delaware St in North Tonawanda. The wings were more enjoyable but notgreat either. Just OK. Was very disappointed from beginning to end. I called to order and the girl who answered was not overly friendly and had a tone... about her like she was annoyed. Had a bad vibe then but continued to order. I ordered a heart shaped pizza for my family(valentine's day) for pick up. When it got home, we opened the box, expecting a heart shaped pizza that we saw on the website.It was disappointing to say the least. It looked like a regular large pizza with a dent on one side. Even my 7 yr old said "itlooks like they just pushed in the top." We were all bummed and were topped off with the lack of flavor and bland taste of thepizza. It was not worth the $20. Read more
Was looking for a new place. Noticed it on the drive home orderd lg cheese and pep fries and mozzarella STICKS. Pizza is very... below avesrage floppy and just nothing special about it. The fries where very soggy for my 2 min ride home. The mozzarellasticks where honestly the worst thing I have ever had. Seems like so much in a huge wing box looks to be hand breaded cheesechunks absolutely no flavor. Will no have this place again. The store was very clean and nice and very friendly. I ordered a 1/2 Turkey sub from this place on my lunch break. This was the most terrible Sub, I have ever eaten in my entire... life. There was LITERALLY, 2 tiny pieces of Turkey slapped on with chunks of Lettuce, and there was NO oil on it. I asked forit and it was so dry and not FRESH at all. I have had lunch here many times. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Chicken fingers are amazing! The new lunch specials... are great for a reasonably priced lunch. Delivery is fast and food is hot when it arrives! Read more
Can never get anyone one the phone answering machine answers every time. No call back. Poor hours. One star for my in person... visit. Stood there for a few minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. Love the food dislike the service. Read more
