Recently started getting my mobile orders screwed up in the drive thru. It?s not that hard to read what someone ordered, and... make it, but no, that seems too hard. Example, if I order a hot chocolate with whipped topping, I usually receive a coffeeinstead of what I ordered, or earlier tonight for example, I ordered a crème frappuccino, but instead I was given something hotinstead. This isn?t a ?one time? thing either, it keeps happening repeatedly. Like I said, it shouldn?t be that hard to look ata screen, see what someone ordered, and make it without any issues, instead of giving them something different than what theyordered. The only reason why I started coming to Starbucks in the first place is because I started getting sick from TimHortons. Read more
Mariah/ Moriah (not sure how it was spelled) was so kind and understanding with me! i always get white mocha in my iced coffee... and i pulled up to the speaker to see the note that they were out:( The line was loooongggggg so i felt terrible when i pulledup and realized i had no idea what i wanted to order. However, Mariah was so sweet when i told her what i usually get and askedher if she could make something she thought would be similar. She explained a few things she was thinking of and i just told herto make whatever she thought would be best?as im not too picky of a person. It really was a great experience to know she caredabout what i was ordering instead of just rushing me out of the line (yanno what usually happens at tim hortons lol). Peoplecomplain that Starbucks is expensive in comparison to dunkin/tim hortons but the service at starbucks is unmatched. When i gotto the window she came right over to make sure i liked my drink and even offered to make something else if i didn't like it. (Idid like it Haha) She asked if i wanted anymore sweet cream and i did so she gave me a little cup to add it to my coffee. The Transit Road by French Road Starbucks is always the BEST. The lines and congested traffic are a problem that could be fixed... with better road planning. The staff is always so nice and lovely. I started visiting this location during the dark days of thepandemic and they were my sweet treat of kindness and a warm smile (through a mask of course!). You can tell this store isbetter than others because the staff really works in unison as a team, united in their efforts. Read more

As always, ordered with Mobile App. Ordered from the parking lot so I was not expecting my latte to be ready. They apologized... multiple times and on way out the manager gave me a gift card for $4. They truly care about service. I go to Starbucksmultiple times a day and have never even been apologized to for my drink not being ready and many times it should have beenready. I would give it more then a 2 star but half the time i go there its either drive through only or like today they were completely... closed. Sad day for sure. ???? Read more
