Ive been coming here for around 5 years, and they used to be really nice, but now - they constantly and consistently get my... order wrong, have a bad attitude, are poorly trained, etc. I ordered 2 xtra large coffees w 2 creams and a shot of pumpkin spice- i got 2 large coffees with 1 cream each. I also got 20 assorted timbits - they gave me 3 varieties. Lastly i got a turkeybacon club, and that's the only thing they got right. Im voting not to come here anymore. Would have gave zero stars if possible. Went there and placed an order for French vanilla cappuccino with Carmel. Told the 6... pumps. Came to 4.67. Went back ordered the same thing two days later. Came to 3.36. After asking the Manager about this pricedifference she stated everyone outs the order in different. It should be put in the same all the time. How many other customershave been overcharged without being aware of this. I was asking for 2 shots of Carmel in the past. But was told 1 shot equals 3pumps, and everyone was getting this wrong. My receipt showed different Carmel pumps and or shots each time. What a ripoff. Howmany other times was I overcharged along with others. Other Tim Hortons charged the price that I have gone to. Maybe a fewpennies different. The Manager did not seem to even care when I addressed this issue. And as I said she told me "everyone putthe order in different". Not right. Everyone reading this check your receipts. May not seem much but this location is scammingmoney from everyone. Hopefully Corporate will read this. Read more
It was my first time at Tim Hortons this morning and I wasn't familiar on how regulars usually order coffee there. Young male... cashier was very rude and talked down to me. Talked to me as if I was supposed to know how to order. Was very impatient and notaccommodating. Made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Should not be working as customer service if he does not have thepatience to help customers. Horrible experience. Read more
We can't order food from this location because it is either over cooked, undercooked, old, cold, etc. Now it seems you can't... even get your coffee right. They are out of decaf at 7:15am even though they are a coffee place, sometimes the coffee justtastes like dirty water, sometimes it is Luke warm and sometimes it's not what you ordered all together. They also don't havestraws or sleeves lots of the time. And, sometimes the drive thru is closed due to staffing shortage! I would like to know whothe corporate manager and owner of this location is for this shop at transit and seneca near elma water tower and WHY ARENT THEYDOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??? We customers are what keeps you in business and after reading these reviews it seems like you willhave less and less as time goes by. Don't you care about your business? What happened? The coffee is weak. Flavorless. Bland. Their breakfast sandwiches are mediocre and overpriced. Donuts are... consistently okay. Staff is friendly but I'm not paying $4 dollars for a cup of tea-flavored coffee with a smile. During peakhours, the line extends onto Transit Road, which is a hazard. I'm done with Tim Horton's until they can get their -ish together.I just want a cheap cup of coffee that tastes like coffee without having to go to the Target Starbucks! Read more
