ive had multiple issues in the drive through here, where they dont say anything when im at the window, so i went inside today to... order a coffee and i did not have a mask. every other business i went to had no issue handing me a mask to wear when i walk in.they told me i could not order a coffee without a mask and when i asked for a mask they told me they had none. if you requiremasks, you should have masks on hand to give to customers that dont have one. Ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Was more like a warm bagel with traces of cream cheese. I saw the worker put... the cream cheese on and then scrap it off so there was just enough to barely taste it. The bagel wasn't even cut in half. Thisshould have never happened. They don't even use Tim Hortons products. Workers will take their time and prioritize socializingwith coworkers and friends about non work related topics before serving the customer. Read more
Omg 10/4/20 2:05pm. I go to this TH everyday.. and have great service. Today was not one of those days! Waited in line for 15... minutes. I only ordered a double double coffee and 10 plain timbits . After getting my order finally after waiting at the window5 more minutes! My timbits are not plain! They are blueberry and glazed. Wth. They suck today! Read more
The guy was rude from the start. He yelled at me over not telling him I had a coupon. Then he was like rude the entire time... afterword with no eye contact and not even saying having a nice day or anything. The breakfast sandwhich was overpriced comparedto other tim hortons, the coffee had way too much creamer, and the worst was that the english muffin on my breakfast sandwhichwas doughy. Most tim hortons toast the english muffin. I am never coming back to this location and I wish I could give negativestars. Read more
First when we drove up , we wondered why there were no cars in the drive through. Now we know why, and I'm telling everyone on... every social media page I can find. Our order was simple, but we could not hear the girl on the speaker or the total cost. Sowhen we got to the window, we told her we could not hear her, just for a heads up. She was very nasty and with a terribleattitude said 'oh well, that's ok We got it done anyways, didn't we.?' My husband said that she had a poor attitude. Shesaid...' I don't have an attitude' really nasty and cocky. My husband then said.' Can I please speak to a manager?' And she shutthe window on him. He parked the car and went in. The manager also had a smirk with a smile and laugh coming from the back room,obviously got a heads up from the little snotty, nasty young lady. My husband gave his story and the"manager" said ' well, sheshouldn't have shut the window on you, I'll just have a talk with her.' This 'manager was also very young. We frequent TimHorton everyday, needless to say, this left a terrible taste in our mouths. We will tell everyone not to go here to thisfranchise. And like I said there was not one person in the drive through and a couple of older men sitting together in thedining room! That's it..when have you ever seen that at any other Tim Horton. Now we know why! Btw..if I could have given a zerostar rating, that's what I would have done. According to the reviews I just read, nothing has changed in six or seven months!Wow, really!? Read more
Gone down hill ever since Burger King took over the franchise. Quick coffee or bagel they're good, but everything else is... turning too far to the fast food side. They give up quality for speed. Just ask for your bagel to be extra toasted, comes out inseconds, black on one side and raw on the other.. we still grab a cup of joe once a week.. just wish they step up the otherparts of the business, like it once was.. If I could give this less than a star I would. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer service I had today. Not only did the... drive thru girl give an attitude but she was very rude. I have been to this location many times before with no problems, but Iwill not be returning after that. I expected more, and I will be speaking to the manager. Read more
Best breakfast sandwiches - not overcooked. Staff is super friendly and considerate. Very clean and well maintained.
