I must say that The Horn Public House definitely surpassed my wife and I expectations! We specifically went for fish and chips... and lo and behold they had halibut fish and chips on their specials menu. Not something they normally offer but when I say thiswas hands down the absolute best fish and chips either one of us have eaten, I 100% mean that whole heartedly. We came to depoeBay for my birthday weekend all the way from Vancouver, WA. And we are actually coming back in a week and a half to celebrateour 4 year wedding anniversary. I will make a special trip to this place again. More than reasonably priced plus no state taxes!Server was fantastic and the view from the second story is incredible. This place is delicious!! My wife and I got a pizza from here, and I was super impressed. The crust was soft and scrumptious,... the pepperoni was huge and savory, and the cheese stretched meaning it had the just the correct melt. The sauce was reallyyummy. The pub inside was clean. My husband and I had a Greek pizza with spinach, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese, pesto garlic cream sauce, and tons of... other cheese on a thick crust. It was too much cheese for me (just a personal preference) and a little on the salty side. Wehad no drink other than water. The best part was the not-too-sweet marrionberry cobbler topped with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Views of the small harbor and the Hwy. 101 bridge are spots of interest to observe while dining in. Delicious dining experience in Depoe Bay right by the Marina. The seafood is extremely fresh and tasty. Delicious chowder. Fast... and friendly service. Spacious restaurant with nice views. Will definitely revisit when I am on the coast again! Read more

Great atmosphere and the upstairs seating provided beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean & the Depoe Bay Harbor ???? Especially... the whales breaching out of the water ???? A great place to relax and watch the bay while having something to eat or drink. We had dessert and drinks which were delicious.... We also saw a family of Canada geese and 3 otters in the bay. Read more
