The worst production team i ever saw! One clerk taking orders, another clerk dont know how to make coffee (you have an order... slip right in front of you) and giving the wrong food to customers (not a good look). Now let's not forget the homeless and drugaddicted people standing in front and side of the building. On my visit to Atlantic City I do notice an overwhelming populationof the homeless, very sad. Dunkin' you gotta get it together! No reason why the team should be that confused on taking ordersand getting them right. Read more

I waited 15 minutes in line while nobody else was in line. 3 employees saw me and walk passed me. One was sleeping at the... corner. I asked the lady if she was going to take my order. She rudely asked me to be patient. I walked out and left. Peoplelike me have a business to run. You cant let a customer wait 15-20 minutes especially when it wasn't even busy. Read more

out of all the DD's i go to, this is my favorite one. The drive thru is quick, inside is always backed up though. A lot of... different employees, none seem to stay long. Outside of those two con's, the rest still keeps them at 5 stars. Good coffee andfood, never burnt or stale. Read more
