I called Jersey Mike?s several times as I was on my way to Panera bread to place an order but not one person picked up after the... 6th phone call and completing my order at Panera finally someone picks up and puts me on hold and never picked up, at this pointI drove their went inside you have 5 employees working and not one person can take an order on phone is quite ridiculous, thenwhen I mention it to the girl she said sorry the grill was busy, so because the grill was busy you don?t pick up phone, then youhave the 2 gentlemen at the grill laughing which I don?t find funny at this point, very unprofessional your employees will notlast in the corporate world with that type of response. Then when I ask the girl at the register for a name of manager she saysour manager is out right now due to family issues, so is their not a manager I can talk to, oh just the call the store ok andwho do I ask for. She now tells me Tom , well Tom I will be calling you tomorrow ,Very Poor customer service. I will never goback to this Jersey Mike?s again!! Read more
The food is great but the workers are almost always being rude over the smallest things, for example I asked for to buy a drink... and the girl behind the counter gave so much attitude, and glared me and my family down while we were eating. We thought itwould be better than our last time eating here, as this isn't the first time the employees at this location have been rude. Read more

Jersey Mike?s in Derby is an excellent location for the RT8 exit 16, 17 area, retail shops, and a hospital nearby. The staff... were really nice and the service was quick considering plenty of other customers. The number 7 sandwich was fresh and deliciousand enjoyed with a cold root beer. Read more
