I utilized the drive up window after using the restroom. The restroom door to the stall was off kilter and the room smelled. ... I went through the drive up window to collect my food and soon as I opened my bag my small fries were less than half full. Iparked my car and took the fries and the receipt inside. The woman behind the counter replaced my fries with a new containerthat was fuller than less than half. At $3.29 for a small fry I expect it to be a completely full. If I could give 0 stars I would do you know how much money I spend daily at mccdonalds ? Well the derby mccdonalds I will never... spend any money ! I rather drive to Bridgeport or Stratford any mccdonalds then the ones in derby and there the same owner I getyou have to take cash only because your systems are down at a certain time and no codes either but when I sit and wait aroundand then you finally make me use my code which I can?t use again for another 15 mins you say you can?t break a 50$ Bill at 5amuntil 6am I don?t understand. This is an everyday thing I go thru to get mccdonalds before work so now I will have to wake upearlier just to go to a different mccdonalds because sadly at 5am every morning they can?t give me breakfast and I don?t havetime to wait for an hour. It took 15 minutes before I even got to see the cashier so that I could place an order. The place was busy, but not THAT busy.... The vibe was not just isolated to me either, as the people in both the line waiting to pick up their order and the line to placean order seemed agitated. Workers we very slow and seemed disorganized. I was hesitant to leave this review in case it was a1-time experience, but from reading the other reviews this does not seem to be an isolated incident.
