I order all the time from this location and occasionally others but this is my main place because they always have the right... amount of Horseradish on these Steak & White Cheddar sandwiches - they have a secret, a special sauce and I just wish you wouldallow me to request more or sides of the prized"Horseradish". I'd vote this location for BEST PANERA BREAD OF 2022. Read more

The manager on duty was excellent. Kept the workers in check without being too overbearing and genuinely cared about the... costumers. Resolved a few minor issues and kept his cool at all times. Our breakfast order came out quickly and without anyissues. Employees gave good costumer service and kept the place clean. Read more

I?m very dissatisfied. I went to the drive thru around 1230pm and waited almost 20 mins for 2 you pick 2s, 2 soups and 2... sandwiches. I?m very understanding about lunch rush but to be in a drive thru that long for essentially two half sandwiches isnot okay. And I get home and there was no napkins or utensils and half my sandwich was off the bread. Read more

The reason why I?m giving it 3 stars because the food is good. However, Derby CT staff tone and work management made it seem... like they were willing to have us proceed on an order (chicken teriyaki bowl) knowing they were out of it. I had to call and letthem know. Spoke to a women who answered (August 14, 2022 - Sunday, around 2:30pm) was rude and did not apologize for theinconvenience but knew that the chicken teriyaki bowl was out. I asked to speak to the manager and then all of sudden the linehad dropped. I called back and spoke to the manager Marcus. He informed me there was a shortage and he was going to call me butgot tied up. I understand things can get hectic, but would?ve like to be informed before the purchase went through online aswell having the staff all be thoroughly communicated. If it?s on the receipt, then someone should?ve checked to ensure to let usknow. We ended up just settling to order that was under price to avoid any other dispute. Read more

I want to thank the worker last night from my take out order that thought this side of dressing was sufficient for a full Cobb... salad. I mean, seriously? Completely unacceptable. I got home and opened the bag and almost went back just to point this outbut not worth my time. Horrible. Read more

Horrible experience this morning. Drive thru had me waiting for 15 min at their pull up spot for a cobb salad and breakfast... wrap. I was not aware of the wait time. I had to call the store to remind them that i was waiting (they were rude) and when ifinally got my food an additional 5 min after calling, it was such a disappointment for an expensive salad. I told an employeehow ridiculous it was and she just agreed with me and walked away. I do not recommend this location and will drive to tryanother (newer) location on Bridgeport ave in Shelton . On Monday June 13, 2022 I had by far the worse drive thru purchase experience ever! I chose the "you picked 2" deal. Okay, its... simple and shouldn't take long at all. It was a small chicken Ceasars salad along with a broccoli and cheese soup. I orderedjust a combo at 8:37pm and by 9:00pm I had to walk in to find out what was happening. It shouldn't take that long to make asmall salad and a small cup of soup, even if it was made fresh it shouldn't take 30+ minutes. As I'm about to walk in a youngteenager was bringing m my food and talking on his phone (had it on speaker while bringing me my food) shows me that eithermanagement is not aware of this or management has lost control of their franchise or the final theory is that no one cares. Thisis someone's franchise and I hope and pray they see this review cause at this point I expect either a change for better happensor the 431,000 viewers on my page sees this. Just totally disappointing and I will never go back to this location. Very sad buta very true experience. Read more
