With Mgmt available, staff LOVE to take order at speaker then provide whatever they have instead of order. Don?t say anything.... Want spicy anything, get mild and won?t know until you?re home. Money gone. They HATE it when I wait for them to cook spicytenders after they take my order and money. They repeat the order without mention of the spice level intending to outwit you. Beaware. Go through drive through and ordered nuggets. Told the wait is 5 mins, sure no problem I will wait. 25 min later, nuggets never... started and they only did 5 other orders first. Don't order nuggets here. Update: nuggets were very oily and more greasy thannormal. Also, it's hard and overcooked in the middle. Biggest nuggets I've ever had... not sure if they're nuggets over justleftover chicken. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for food and was given the wrong order. I told the lady and 2as told "I'll fix it" and have now waited another... 5 minutes and no food. In the past, they have up charged my drink without asking and gotten my order wrong on a number ofoccasions. I'd recommend staying away from this location Read more
I Was served old cold fries????. The amount they charge why can?t the fries and service be better. Cold old fries aren?t even... eatable. I Called to complain, person who answered was rude and hung up the phone. Let?s see how much longer you would be inbusiness for a Friday night at 7 only one other person was in line. Read more
Tried so hard to to continue going to this Popeyes despite the terrible service but I just can't do it any longer. Went to order... the family meal. Standard. Chicken, sides, bisucits. Should be no problem. Dude tells us it's gonna be a 30 minute wait, with noone else in line at the drive through, and NOBODY inside eating. Ok fine, we'll go somewhere else. Last time, I went just to getmy wife some coleslaw to go with dinner. Reg size container, half full of coleslaw. Like dude took one scoop with the scooperand was cyah. Got home and love it a little expensive but it was really good love the cole slaw also the chick was really good. The mac and... cheese os really good just the large side are not as large it look more like a med lol but overall was excellent. I will go backand try mpre of their selection I saw a banana peanut pie look really good I will try next. AWEFUL! Didn't get the correct order. The associate behind the counter said they were out of items @ 2p. Never stopping here... again. Pray when Naugatuck, CT. location opens up this will not be the trend. Read more
