i got daried as well. specifically asked for almond milk on 2 DRINKS!!! both drinks came with what tasted like whole milk.
There was a fly in my caramel machiatto.Came back to report it the manager said "well how do I know a fly didn't get in there... once you left?" Meanwhile flies are swarming all over the place in there. Read more

I found the employees not very friendly. I also don't like when they make really loud noises when cleaning. Like they're... slamming those metal pots down.I asked the employee if they had a particular sandwich. Her response was " what you see in thedisplay, that's what we have". I found that to be rude instead of just saying no we don't. There's another Starbucks a littlefurther away from me as well and I'm going to go there. Read more
