i got daried as well. specifically asked for almond milk on 2 DRINKS!!! both drinks came with what tasted like whole milk.
There was a fly in my caramel machiatto.Came back to report it the manager said "well how do I know a fly didn't get in there... once you left?" Meanwhile flies are swarming all over the place in there. Read more
Got daried. I specifically asked for almond milk because I'm breastfeeding and my baby is allergic to dairy. Not even 2 hrs... later hes fussy gassy and in pain. Thanks so much. ???? you guys should really watch out for allergies more. Read more
Much better than DD they get your order correct the 1st time and aliitle cheaper for much better coffee.
Some of the employees are amazing and reliable and others are terrible. The issue is knowing when to go to get good service and... drinks. Very inconsistent. They need to lose the bad apples. Read more
I've had so many great experiences and recommendations at this Starbucks from their amazing employees, the best happened tonight... though. Barista Cali was so helpful and kind when I mentioned I'd never tried their cake pops before and wanted her to pick herfavorite, thanks to her I will be back for more. And Barista Chicago is always extremely helpful with new recommendations due toStarbucks being out of some of my favorite items, I know when I come to this location I'll always walk away trying somethingnew. I found the employees not very friendly. I also don't like when they make really loud noises when cleaning. Like they're... slamming those metal pots down.I asked the employee if they had a particular sandwich. Her response was " what you see in thedisplay, that's what we have". I found that to be rude instead of just saying no we don't. There's another Starbucks a littlefurther away from me as well and I'm going to go there. Read more
