Horrible customer service the staff were arguing and talking about their hours delaying food orders. Walking in and out of front... door to make calls, vape, etc. One of staff with short blond hair had an attitude taking orders, and another staff member withlong Black ponytail was trying to make a call to corporate to complain about management cutting hours. All of this occurredwaiting over 30 mins for my order of 2 sandwiches 1 wing combo. The new facility itself has potential to be nice but the staffcompletely ruined experience and the wings were slightly undercooked for this I do not recommend this location. Read more
Had a pretty bad first experience with this place via UberEats, especially the fries. The fries look like they've been left out... sitting and then refried. It was super soggy and gross. The seasoning was good, but the fries were not edible. The wings weremediocre (mainly very soggy) but the tenders with the dry seasoning actually pretty good (though still very oily). Overall, didnot enjoy the meal and don't think we're interested in ordering from here again. Read more
They move slow as all h***. I could never come here again, with just how slow they are. Sit down restaurants are faster than... them. Got there at 1:35pm didn?t leave out with my food until 2pm. How the heck does that work. And it wasn?t even busy. Read more
Second time ordering from here and my first time not doing Delivery. Staff was insanely nice to me. Made sure I was taken care... of and didn?t forget anything in my order. Food taste great and the inside is decorated very nicely! Read more
This was my first visit to a Wingstop. The fries looked good but they were soggy, though the seasoning was good. The tenders... were an odd mix of crunchy and greasy at the same time. I did not enjoy the hot honey sauce. Hopefully next time it will bebetter. Read more
Just take the trip to Bridgeport! Food was Nasty wings not fully cooked fries were soggy, they getting the orders out but they... aren?t doing a good job at cooking the food. Corn wasn?t even fried more like boiled! I don?t like how I asked for extra sauceon my wings (wet) and the employee didn?t put it in the order so once I arrived and asked about it she gave her coworkerattitude in front of me for something she didn?t do. Not a good first visit. My online order was missing a large order of cheese fries and all of the sauces. Took over 5 minutes... to get the fries. I mean I don't know how hard it can be to fill out an order that's printed out for you. If these aren't thebest wings I've ever had I probably won't be back. It's also pretty expensive. Read more
Always wanted to try this place, so today was the day! Went for lunch & ordered the 8pc meal (wings w/2 flavors, fries, drink,... dip) (I got flats only) - picked their original hot & Hawaiian flavors. Sadly, the fries were the best part of my meal - theywere "soggy", which is how I like them! The wings, particularly the Hawaiian, were very rubbery, looked almost white & tastedlike pine-sol...VERY off-putting. Had a really hard time eating them and I only had 4! Place was clean. Counter girl wasfriendly and helpful. Those preparing were unprofessional yelling back & forth to each other, making jokes etc. Wish they hadnapkins on the tables instead of a big roll near the soda dispenser. Paid almost $20 for the meal...upcharge for flats only($.80) & for cheese fries ($.60). Only took pic of the fries b/c the portion was huge!! Took a while to get your food, but it'sall cooked to order, so...Might go back to try again, but not anytime soon. There are better places for wings IMO. Read more
