Went out with my husband and kiddos last night and Jeremy was an amazing server, he was very nice and attentive to our needs.... We went for my daughter's birthday and quiet frankly we're not at all satisfied with the amount of time it took to get our food.... Our waitress was spot on hitting us up on ordering, but we weren't ready the first three times she asked us. Once we got ourorder placed it felt like it took forever to get our food! I got a shrimp Bowl. The only thing in the entire bowl that had anyflavor was the shrimp and it was fairly spicy. My husband ended up getting a steak and over 1/4 of it was nothing but fat. Mydaughter wanted this to be a special day for her birthday but in all honesty I don't know that we'll be going back to Applebee'sfor a date night anytime soon. I had dinner with my husband and kiddo here and it was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an Applebee's,... ever.. We were seated right away but waited over an hour for our food to be served. They did bring my kiddos dinner a lot soonerthan ours so that was a relief. Our server was beyond wonderful but she was very overwhelmed and attentive as much as she couldbe. We didn't have a single refill on our drinks and my daughter asked for water instead of chocolate milk, and they neverbrought the water. This was not our servers fault as the manager had promised to bring it when he came to notify me my steak hadbeen over cooked. They brought out my husband's meal, which he said was great. I waited another 40 minutes before the serverbrought my meal. I was not asked to cut into it, but when I had the steak was literally so raw it wasn't edible.. I asked theserver to have them bring another, as this one was not medium rare. She gladly returned it to the kitchen, but when shereturned, I had the same steak on my plate, but it was in the same state almost. It looked as if it was thrown in the microwave,but yet it was still VERY pink on inside? The manager came to our table to ask me about it and I told him I wanted another onecooked over again, he agreed and another 30 minutes passed. By this time my family was done eating, I still had only my 2 sides,and no refill.. When my wonderful server came back, she informed me "we've been having a lot of issues with this today. The cookis new. Don't feel bad about sending it back, I literally had to send a steak back 3 times earlier today. The manager himself iscooking your meal. Do you want me to have them box it to go?" I let her know we were not upset with her, and told her yes sincemy family was done eating. Here we are, 2 hours later, and no edible steak. Finally she brought my steak in a closed box andstood at the table while I checked it. No way they would give me the SAME steak right? DEAD WRONG. Read more

They were holding a charity for cats with a special menu which we ordered from. Bacon cheese burger and chicken tender platter.... 50% went to charity of both items. Food was great. Felt great to help out the shelter. Read more
